I’ve lived in Holly for 5 years and I’ve probably ate at this McDonald’s 20+ different times in those 5 years and I don’t think I’ve EVER had a single good experience.
They’re the quintessential example of a poorly run restaurant. Younger employees running amuck, management looking the other way about it and various other things, it’s often dirty inside, outside, in the bathrooms, hell half the crew looks like they could be homeless people if im being honest. Often sitting on the ground by the front door smoking with their rucksack (ok backpacks I’m just painting a picture).
They consistently forget items I’ve paid for regardless of the size of my order and they consistently give me lukewarm customer service at best…and often it’s quite bad.
For example, I just came through the drive thru and waa “greeted” with: “what do you want?” I told them, thanked them without a return you’re welcome of course, I paid the cashier at window #1 who literally didn’t even attempt to greet or even speak to me at all lol. She just took the money, gave me change and off I went to window #2 where it was all just the same. It’s really just easy, free, and honestly the smallest of effort to have manners.
Got home with my single meal order I paid over $12 for (upgraded the drink) and naturally they missed the fries, again. Apparently it was the fry that broke the camels back for me because I officially decided upon seeing that they’d forgotten my fries that it was high time I left this review
And then never go there again because really, enough is enough.
The owners should honestly be ashamed of the quality of service of this establishment and the brand ought to reconsider whether or not this place is even worth the money considering the damage their doing to their reputation every day.
Almost all of my bad experiences are easy fixes and after 5 years there’s simply no excuse.

We never received our food!! Ordered 2 coffees curbside from the app. When we arrived we waited 20 minutes and finally went inside. It was CHAOS to say the least. The manager began complaining to ME that she had no help, she’s not responsible for the app, I could complain to it. She never got my coffees and told me I needed to cancel my order. I explained the app would not allow me too while she had it still pending, she started yelling again about no help and the app. I finally just left. No coffee and $8.00 short! I called and made a complaint when I got home, still no refund. NEVER AGAIN.

I went tuesday night at 10:25 through the drive through. I was the only one in line and waited over 10 mins for one meal. then when the manager gave me my food she was EXTREMELY rude. i then asked for a hot mustard very nicely and she acted like i was a horrible stupid person for asking and was like uhm are you gonna pay for it? then said you know it’s not free we charge here. it’s 37 cents do u still want it or not and i said no and she slammed the door and was just extremely rude and definitely should not be manager. it’s just obvious she’s very unhappy and doesn’t want to be there. not only was there horrible service but when i did get my food after waiting over 10 mins. it was all cold. all of it was like it was left out!

Employee claimed it is against store policy to pick up my order without having the device I ordered it on there, despite having the code, and picture of the barcode. The employee then said it was because the app notifies them when I arrive to make sure my food is as fresh as possible, but as I left to go get my original device that the food was ordered on, I got a notification that my food was ready and waiting, so no it’s not fresh, and I don’t have my location on the app anyways so now I have cold food, and I know that the employees here have a good time wasting peoples time, and gas.

I travel for a living. This has to be one of the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. I’ve been to this location on multiple times. If you make any customized order, it will not be done correctly. It doesn’t matter the circumstances they can’t seem to do. They routinely leave out items from the order as well as get them wrong. The latest instance was ordered a Big Mac with no sauce. It came with no sauce and no patties. Don’t get me wrong. If you go back they’ll make it right. But that defeats the entire purpose of dining at McDonald’s. I don’t want to come back. This is pry the 6th time this year this location has messed up an order.

The food was served hot and freshly made. The drink stations needed to have the syrups refilled, but the workers were quick to get us drinks from their drive through station.

There wasn’t no one at the counter to greet me saying welcome to McDonald’s with a smile service was slow people standing around waiting for orders every employee is more worried about the drive-thru then the customers inside at the counter Their kiosk machines don’t give you a receipt and you still can’t get Big Mac sauce. Put on anything but a Big Mac they don’t even have an option to get Big Mac sauce on the side so you can put it on yourself

My family goes to this McDonald’s a few times a year, whenever we’re on our way to Great Lakes National Cemetery. The restaurant is clean and comfortable–it’s a nice place to stop and have a meal after being in the car for over an hour. The staff have always been nice to us

We came through for a small fry, nuggets, and burger. None of the food was fresh and the fries smelled like feces. I called to tell the manager and she showed very little concern, as if my claim was absurd and impossible, instead of assuring me they will investigate. Never again.

We ordered a cheeseburger small fries small Coke and a big Mac large fry large Coke. We were told to pull ahead and wait. After watching 11 cars behind us go through the drive-through and get their orders I went inside to get ours. In my bag we’re 2 cheeseburgers a big Mac and one small fry. here’s a picture of the burnt cheeseburger. Won’t be coming here again.
