I think this is a good McDonald’s. I like to use the app to order ahead and then pick up my food curbside. The app works fantastically! I love the freebies and discounts. They always bring out our food hot, fresh and quickly, and everyone here is at least fairly polite. This McDonald’s has the play area for kids still, I like that.
I’ve included a photo of a sausage, egg and cheese McMuffin that I ordered. It looks so good! This is the only time I’ve ever had fast food where it looked just like the advertisement. Look at that sausage glistening in the sunshine.
However, I can’t stand the modern look that so many McDonald’s have adopted – including this one. It used to have a fun red and yellow appearance, now everything is gray and brown and boring. McDonald’s used to feel like a place to go with your children, now they’re trying too hard to not look like a children’s restaurant.

This was just sad the service was good I got my order and didn’t have to wait the place is clean over all and the workers are kind but when I got home I opened my burger just to see it was moldy I usually don’t give bad reviews but this is unacceptable and I didn’t want to go back there because I live far away I get food from there a lot but this was my last.

Not a single fry was ate on the way home. The bag stayed closed, this is how many French fries. One in a large now apparently. I don’t think it’d even fill a medium. If you guys don’t have enough have people pull up and wait. It’s 4.19$ before tax for one large fry so that’s basically 9$ down the drain because you guys didn’t wanna have us pull up. No point in calling because I don’t want to drive back up for fries. Have a great night.

Wow I ordered a double fish on the mobile app. After a twenty minute wait, and numourus people coming and going. I went inside only to be totally ignored by everyone. An elder lady finally went up and picked up a bag. Then told me door dash was over there. I told I was trying to find my order. Which she had in her hand. I took it ….it was cold. I am sure the manager saw me eye contact and totally ignored. Horrible customer service. And to the response below, your link came up with an error and didn’t work.

Store has gone down since NEW management. Staff are very RUDE and DON’T know their job responsibilitys. Food is NOT COOKED or it’s missing. Worst service, wait times are ridiculous. You can order via app spend your hard earned money just to be told when you arrive they don’t have your items and they will try to replace them with something much cheaper in value and tell you they can’t do a refund. You can arrive 15 minutes before breakfast ends and be told their no longer serving breakfast thats its lunch time.

Ordered a mcdouble meal and a cheeseburger. Stood there waiting for 10 -15 minutes nothing. Two people who came in after me got there food and the drive thru was full and all of them were gone. Ask to refund my money so I could go elsewhere and what a inconvenience for them. I am done with McDonalds. Incompetence runs rampant in these places. Will spend my money elsewhere.
