The fries were topped off and fresh, just like the picture. They looked so good I forgot to take a picture first. This store is pretty good if you don’t mind a longer wait at night, which isn’t really the staff’s fault so much as this store is in a busy area.

Generally, a disorganized location. Expect long wait times for your food, understaffing which leads to a poor overall service experience, and typically lots of mistakes throughout ordering process (high probability of getting the wrong order, high probability of the wrong prioritization is “who’s next” in the drive-through line, etc.).

They absolutely NEVER get my order right, there’s no excuse at all. The staff is super friendly, and the food has always been fresh, they just never EVER get my orders right. And ask for a receipt because they won’t give you one without asking, and then you can’t dispute the transaction.

placed an order at 714pm thru the app. said store was open. 733pm the manager comes out and starts taping “sorry were closed” signs to the pickup posts. when i asked about a refund she said check the app. when i called customers service they said go to the store. now 2 weeks later and still no refund. you took my money and denied service. that is theft!!! return my money!
