Took 20 minutes to make my order through the drive-thru and then my food was made very poorly and bare of contents. Employees didn’t make eye contact, smile or put forth a friendly demeanor. Not a good way for a company to keep customers coming back definitely not worth the money or time spent.

We stopped here for a quick bite on our way to visit family at Henry Ford.
Walking in. The place is small inside. Built to accommodate quick grab and go type customers. Just a few tables. No real restaurant. Feel. A couple kiosks and a small counter.
We placed our order at one of the kiosks and sat at one of the tables near the window. Behind the counter is VERY loud. Employees shooting and taking extremely loud. After about 13 minutes or so. A young man brought out our food to our table.
We ordered a big Mac meal with extra sauce. Extra pickle and the two cheeseburger meal with ad ons and special requests.
Food: These French fries were awesome. Hot and crisp. Salty and very good.
My big Mac was very good. Extra pickles, sauce and hot. Bun soft and very tasty. Same with the cheese burgers.
No refil station. So we asked at the counter for refills and were given them in fresh cups. Polite and helpful was that same young man.
I don’t think I have ever given a McDonald’s 4 stars. But this one today deserves it.

I come here all the time and get happy meals for my son until I just took a bite of his happy meal cheeseburger thanks it was me and not my one year-old, but I found this pink plastic looks like almost a Lego toy inside of his cheeseburger and also a white piece of plastic. It was in my bite as I was chewing. I felt something hard and spit this out tried calling and it takes you to a random voicemail and nobody answers the phone so if somebody can contact me or give me a number to call I want my money back and at least because you could’ve just made my toddler choke on this piece of plastic, whatever toy inside of his cheeseburger and a happy meal for under three childthat is unacceptable. I have also called about 10 times and nobody answers this is unacceptable. You can’t even get a hold of somebody. I’m not driving back up there. You guys need to make this right I need at least my money back and you’re being thankful that my child didn’t choke or break your tooth on this piece of plastic inside his happy meal cheeseburger. I have reported to McDonald’s.com and I am looking forward to hearing back from somebody as soon as possible.

I ordered via the kiosk inside. I ordered the 2 Cheeseburger Meal with a Medium Coke Zero for here. I took the table tent and sat down.
The dining room looked like it was an after thought. There were table tents scattered around. Trays on the trash bins waiting to be cleaned. These all could be picked up after they drop off any orders for here.
The order took a little over 4 minutes to arrove. The employee seemed annoyed that she had to deliver my food to my table. It came in a To Go bag.
The food wasn’t too bad. The cheeseburger and Fries were hot and fresh. The cheeseburgers were a little on the messy side, but nothing too bad.
I was very disappointed with the excessive amount of foul language from the employees. McDonald’s tends to attract children and would think they don’t need to listen to this.
If you have children or a person of faith, I would not recommend this location. The lack of professionalism was evident and don’t think it will change, based on the lack of engagement with these reviews, from Management.

First, the guy did not give me a tray for my dine-in order. When I asked, he gave me a rude look. He also forgot to give me the sauce the first time, so I went back to ask for it. Instead of just handing it over, he checked his system like I was asking for a free extra and then claimed he had “already put it in.” Seriously? McDonald’s was never like this before. The whole experience ruined the dine-in visit.

Got a double quarter pounder with cheese. Had to wait for them to make it. Got to the office and when I opened the burger up, it’s missing the button portion of the bread. If I’m spending over 11$ for a meal. I do want everything that comes with it, especially waiting for it too.

Ordered a bunch of stuff and then asked for large fries and the store charged me for a large sprite, and guess what !!! I didn’t even get large sprite.
Looked for fries and went back at 10:40, asked why I didn’t get fries and they tell me because the cashier didn’t charge it, I didn’t get it. Whose fault is it that the cashier is incompetent ? The whole store is incompetent.

The people working there are great! I’ve never had any issues with my order. The woman who takes my order at the drive thru is outstanding! She always has a smile! She thanks me for my order and she informed me about saving money with the mobile app. Now when I drive by her window we wave to each other. She’s the best! That’s the reason why I pass by two other McDonalds and order from her location exclusively! Thank you treating me so well!
