Everytime I go to this McDonald’s. The staff is always great. Kaitlyn was very fast and efficient. Always very nice and welcoming. Odele is always very sweet when I go there in the earlier morning! Get my breakfast before work and always make me feel seen. I appreciate all the staff!

12/13/25- 2:00pm.

We came in for a light snack and some coffees. The guy at the first window was extremely kind and helpful. However, the girl at the second window (red sweatshirt, short, glasses, black hair.) was EXTREMELY rude to us.

When we first pulled up, not one word was spoken to us, just bags shoved into our car window. We noticed our iced coffees didn’t have much ice in them, which isn’t a big deal so we very politely asked if we could get a small cup of ice. She rolled her eyes, still not saying a word, and slammed the window in our face. She came back with the ice, we apologized for the inconvenience, and she responded “mhm” and slams the window again.

I understand the environment can be stressful, but we were not rude whatsoever and felt the need to leave a review to suggest putting people like her in a position not working with customers.

Again, we both know what it’s like working fast food, I worked at McDonald’s for two years in my teens. It is stressful, but getting treated like this for simply being a customer is absolutely unacceptable.

When I called the manager to let her know my order was incorrect, and that I didn’t get a receipt and there was no order ticket attached to my food she sarcastically stated “well I hope you have a WONDERFUL night!” She hung up on me and then when I called back, she kept picking up then hanging up. Totally unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. Great example to show your high school employees.you should be fired for your attitude.

I had an order tonight of 4 mcdonalds no pickle extra onions received my burgers only ketchup and mustard and the patties have been sitting they were dry and crispy… I called in to speak to management and all they did was argue and be rude… I will never go back to this location.. management is rude they lie right to your face saying everything is made to order…. I know a fresh burger compared to one that’s been in the tray for hours completely disappointing

Somehow they have trouble tending both drive thru lanes. One will go while the other waits years. Your jobs not that hard come on people. No one wants to be stuck in a line because you have trouble with a button.

Service was horrible.
Wrong o r Der twice.. had to wait 15 minutes.
No receipt… several threw it away?
Bags, containers and food was very greasy.
Obvious management or training issues here. I was not the only customer waiting for food.

When staff acknowledge your presence, they’re polite. But staff basically do not acknowledge your presence whatsoever. What happened to basic customer service????

I ordered a filet fish sandwich and double cheese burger only onions.
First, they didn’t give me a receipt.
Then my double cheese burger doesn’t have any diced onions, which we returned. They gave us back the sandwich, which is they just removed the cheese and didn’t put the onion. We returned again, the girl who could be the manager had an attitude saying they made it correctly at the first time and the patty has onion on it.
This is the worst mcdonalds I ever had. The manager should handle this situation in a very calm and respectful manner.
If I have a receipt with me, I can do the survey and give them a worst review.

The worst McDonald’s I’ve ever had. This biscuit was rock hard and so dry that it was literally inedible. The iced coffee had not one piece of ice (which also throws off the cream and sugar ratios) and they wouldn’t remake it for me. The manager needs retraining clearly. The coffee is after adding two creams myself.
