We came in for a light snack and some coffees. The guy at the first window was extremely kind and helpful. However, the girl at the second window (red sweatshirt, short, glasses, black hair.) was EXTREMELY rude to us.
When we first pulled up, not one word was spoken to us, just bags shoved into our car window. We noticed our iced coffees didn’t have much ice in them, which isn’t a big deal so we very politely asked if we could get a small cup of ice. She rolled her eyes, still not saying a word, and slammed the window in our face. She came back with the ice, we apologized for the inconvenience, and she responded “mhm” and slams the window again.
I understand the environment can be stressful, but we were not rude whatsoever and felt the need to leave a review to suggest putting people like her in a position not working with customers.
Again, we both know what it’s like working fast food, I worked at McDonald’s for two years in my teens. It is stressful, but getting treated like this for simply being a customer is absolutely unacceptable.
Wrong o r Der twice.. had to wait 15 minutes.
No receipt… several threw it away?
Bags, containers and food was very greasy.
Obvious management or training issues here. I was not the only customer waiting for food.

First, they didn’t give me a receipt.
Then my double cheese burger doesn’t have any diced onions, which we returned. They gave us back the sandwich, which is they just removed the cheese and didn’t put the onion. We returned again, the girl who could be the manager had an attitude saying they made it correctly at the first time and the patty has onion on it.
This is the worst mcdonalds I ever had. The manager should handle this situation in a very calm and respectful manner.
If I have a receipt with me, I can do the survey and give them a worst review.
