My wife ordered a small fry, and it was cold so she asked for a fresh order of fries. The girl at the window who rolled her eyes took the fries back inside and put them in the fryer, and this is what she got back. My wife didn’t check them for a few minutes because she waited for new fries, when she opened the bag this is what she got I called and the manager said the fries were fresh because she cooked them herself. Well I wouldn’t get food from them because they are taking food back inside and putting it back in the cooking oil,they are not supposed too. She most definitely didn’t wash her hands after taking the fries from my wife. I will be calling the health department because the manager said that she doesn’t answer to anyone but her owner, and she wouldn’t give me the owners name.

Update: I received this message from McDonald’s, and of course no one from the store has contacted me. Just horrible customer service.

I’ve tried to call to let them know, but it just goes to a screeching noise then dial tone.

I found a long piece of green plastic (maybe floss?) that we pulled OUT of the top of a chicken McGriddle. This is absolutely disgusting. We can’t tell if it was pushed in after being made or has been inside it for awhile…

We’ve never had anything like this at any fast food place. I took video pulling it out. We will not be visiting this location anymore.

Food usually comes out fine thanks to everyone else, but old woman with glasses named Tammy obviously hates her job, and lets everybody know it at all times!! Extremely rude to everyone, every time I’ve seen her working, for no reason (I come here sometimes on my lunch break)

KS#15 Drive thru worker. African American young lady with dreadlocks or braids was very rude. When asked for a receipt, threw the receipt out the window and still had not given me my fries. When asked about my French fries she said, “Damn, I havent given them to you yet,” then slammed clise the drivr thru window as i was asking for a manager. POOR, Poor customer service, snatched our money and than rolled her eyes.

The employee’s were cussing and fighting behind the counter.The tables were dirty.We had to clean our own would not recommend going to this mcdonald’s… We had to stand and wait and wait to ask for stuff because no one would help us and there was no line at all.And no one at the front desk, while another customer waited for an order.And proceeded to leave, because no one waited on him…

Horrible my food was cold it looked as if they just threw my sandwich together on top of putting it in the wrong paper. Not to mention another customer brought their food back because her mom had a whole receipt on her burger

I ordered a sausage biscuit with no egg, but this is what I received. A biscuit with a half of piece of bacon. I ask for salt and pepper. I didn’t get anything or any napkins. What a day!! Nevertheless, I was given a refund.

This place is normally okay. I have been there 5-6 times in the last 5-6 weeks. My issue occurred 4-12-2025 where I was treated like an annoying complaining person, when I had an issue with the product but I was not believed because “I was the first and only person to tell them about the issue”.

I ordered a Diet Coke 4-12-2025 in the drive-thru. I received the beverage, and pulled out of the restaurant. About a minute later I sipped the Diet Coke and it tasted terrible, like there was a problem with the syrup used in the beverage machine. I went back. I used the drive-thru again. I was told pull-through to second window. I did that. One employee looked perplexed and confused after I explained the situation: I just ordered a Diet Coke, here is my receipt proof, it tastes awful.

Another employee came. Was also confused. I explained again. They gave me another Diet Coke. This one also tasted terrible.

Finally someone who I assume was a manager, a woman, I explained to her the situation. She was very rude and cranky, told me that I was the first and only person to complain of this problem, I was holding up the line. She asked if I wanted a different beverage (since she did not believe me that there was an issue with the Diet Coke, since no one else had mentioned this), I said OK. She told me to park in curbside parking spot 2.

I waited there for 10 minutes. No one came. I went inside. Waited 5 minutes before I could catch an employees attention. I explained the situation, I said I have been waiting at curbside spot 2 for 10-15 minutes for a Dr. Pepper since they don’t believe me that there is an issue with the Diet Coke.

I got the Dr. Pepper and left.

I did not appreciate being accused of being crazy. Just because I was the first one to speak up about the terrible taste does not mean it had not been an issue for hours with other customers affected! Traffic was INSANE during the afternoon and I assume if anyone had an issue, they did not bother turning around to get a replacement because the traffic was so terrible.

I have been here multiple times the last month and each of those times, the Diet Coke has tasted excellent. It was very disappointing to be treated so disrespectfully when I did not do anything wrong!
