Ordered food tonight 1/8/2026 and the chicken nuggets are old and burnt, wrong chicken sandwich but regardless that is also old and obviously cooked more than once. Fries are brown and cooked multiple times also. Disgusting

This McDonald’s is an absolute joke. The employees are consistently rude, the food is almost never made correctly, and the overall experience is terrible every time.
During our latest visit, the situation escalated when the general manager came out and started yelling at me and my wife — and I mean yelling loudly and in a very snotty, aggressive tone. When we tried to calmly respond and explain the issue, she only got louder and more confrontational. When I raised my voice simply to be heard, another manager came over, started yelling at me as well, told us to leave, and even threatened to call us the next day.
What kind of management is that?
To make matters worse, the general manager actually said she was already upset because she wasn’t even supposed to be working since her shift was over. If you’re the general manager, that’s not really an excuse to treat customers like that.
Honestly, just look at the number of bad reviews this location already has. It’s clear this isn’t a one-off incident. This particular McDonald’s is giving the entire brand a bad reputation.
At this point, it feels like the entire staff is rude and poorly trained. They can’t even consistently make something as simple as a burger with just meat and cheese correctly.
This location seriously needs new management or to be shut down entirely.

This location was absolutely horrendous not only did they get my order wrong The general manager on the phone wouldn’t give me her name and was completely rude when I tried to come in and get my order right she came right from the back and started to yell at me wouldn’t even give me a chance to defend myself The minute I tried defending myself she got even louder and then another man that’s a manager I guess came out and asked us to leave. I suggest not ever going to the location The people are rude the staff sucks The managers think it’s okay to yell at any customer walking in the door I have never been so embarrassed from a fast food McDonald’s ever this location is the worst one out of all of them I recommend anybody that goes to any McDonald’s do not go to that one they’re rude and their food is always wrong. I think that’s way too funny just got done looking through all the reviews for this location and it seems like this location really sucks everybody gave them only a one-star and they all say the same thing that I said you have the rudest managers with the rudest staff I can’t believe that your company still keep them employed and that they are not held accountable for their actions I can’t believe this McDonald’s is still in business All these one star review should say everything anybody out there shopping at any McDonald’s do not go to the Walton location The worst one out of all of them and then the manager even threatened to give me a call that right there you’re lucky I don’t sue you guys. Not only that but I’m pretty sure HR and the better Business bureau would love to see that every single worker in there is not even wearing a hair net long hair short hair it doesn’t matter I could have swore when you were working around food you had to wear a hair net if not that’s disgusting look at all of your reviews a couple people even had hair in their food what is it going to take for corporate to come down on this location.

Very disappointed with this location. I’ve worked in fast food for 5+ years and managed locations for 4+ and never once spoke to a customer the way my dad was spoken to the other morning. All he did was going and attempt to place an order at the counter since he had cash. We both admit he did get a little rude to the employee who spoke to him but that never warrants telling a customer to” go drink another one “. That is incredibly disrespectful and I will no longer be returning to this location because of this.

They NEVER get the order right and when you try to call no one answers the phone after multiple calls. Then when I did get ahold of someone she states there’s nothing they can do because it was the night before and the food has already been eaten what did you want my kids to do wait till the next day to have dinner because you guys messed up in order and never answer the phone. I will drive 5 miles out of my way to go to a different McDonald’s this McDonald’s is the biggest joke

I was trying to use my rewards points, and the manager I interacted with was extremely rude. Instead of calmly explaining what could or couldn’t be done, she spoke to me in a dismissive and impatient manner and told me I was “holding up the drive-thru line” and needed to pull back around. Her attitude and demeanor were rude from the moment she approached the window, before I even had a chance to speak, and it felt like this is not the first time she’s treated customers this way.
On top of that, every time I try to use my rewards points at this location, the system “never works.” The whole purpose of having points is to be able to use them, yet this continues to be an ongoing issue. She did not offer any type of solution or attempt to help resolve the problem and instead kept trying to dismiss me. Between the repeated system problems and the manager’s unprofessional behavior, this experience was extremely frustrating and unacceptable.

Stop treating customers like we are stupid. Just because we choose to eat at mcdonald’s sometimes doesn’t mean we lack taste buds and palates. WE CAN TELL if you drop something in grease twice to fool us. Hot does not mean fresh. In fact, it makes the food taste exponentially worse! then when I nicely ask again for fresh food, I get talked back to like I’m somehow offending you. GM was nice but teach your staff to have the same level of respect, especially your manager. Another location to put on the “stay away” list.

The restaurant has a kiosk we did not want to use the kiosk, went to the main counter they would not take our order they insisted we use the kiosk. The staff were very rude, we left the establishment and went to another McDonald’s they happily served us at the counter although they had a kiosk.
