I went for a dine-in visit yesterday and overall had a good experience. The restaurant was clean and comfortable, and the ordering process was smooth. There was a small issue where my order was initially missed, but when I informed the staff, they handled it quickly and professionally. They were polite, helpful, and made sure I received my complete order without any delay. The food was fresh and served hot, especially the fries. What stood out most was the friendly and supportive staff, which made the experience pleasant despite the minor hiccup. I would visit again.

Ordered a snack wrap meal, pay the cashier, pull up to the 1st pickup window. Wait for a while. Nobody comes. I pull ahead to the 2nd pickup window (as I saw the car before me do.) I wait there for over 10 minutes. Plenty of cars behind me get served, but nobody comes to the 2nd window to give me my food. I knocked on the glass, no response. Eventually I drive around and wait in the drive-thru line all over again. I wait at the cashier window so I can explain that I never got my food. Nobody shows at the cashier window for over 5 minutes. Eventually I’m waived forward by an employee. I politely explain that I never received my food and show my receipt. They remake my food and give it to me a few minutes later. Fries are completely stale and they didn’t give me a straw for my drink. I waited another few minutes for the employee to come back to the window so I could ask for a straw. When I told him that this whole ordeal took over 30 minutes, there was no sympathy or apology. Instead, he closed the door on me without saying a word.

Horrible experience. This location seems to be frequently short-staffed and poor with communication. I live less than half a mile away and go here semi-regularly, but after this experience I don’t think I’ll ever be back.

9:00 pm I waited in drive through for over 20+ minutes. The cashier stated she would be a few minutes. After 20 minutes I blew my horn once. She said it would be a few more minutes. 5 minutes later she took my order. I ordered the McCrispy Meal medium. I asked would I have to pay for pop since I had to wait so long. I was told I had to pay for whatever I ordered. Wow
I proceed to window to pay.
My order was $7.52. I gave her $20.00 bill. In return she gave me $10.00 bill; $1.75 in quarters; 2 dimes and 3 pennies = $11.98 but she owed me $12.48. I sat at the window and counted my money and the receipt stated change due $12.48. She said she gave me the right change and couldn’t correct it. Another clerk came and told her she needed the manager.
They left came back and she gave me a dollar??
I proceed to final window and another young lady apologized and said she add a piece to my order. I said thank you and left.
Upon arriving home my food was cold and my crispy chicken sandwich was not crispy..had no dressing or lettuce and tomato as pictured. The 1st person said only 4 people were working. So one on drive through…then one should have been cooking one on counter and one at pick up.

You are constantly waiting for your order, even when you order ahead online.
They also seem to overcook everything, as if they forget about items in every order and have to rush to get it out at the same time. Steak? Bagels? Mcgriddle cake? All burnt. Even the food that isnt burnt is slapped together so messily, i have to scrape half of it off the wrapper and put it all together again. Its honestly shocking how this specific site can be so consistently below the average of the surrounding mcdonalds

If you want cheap food that takes an hour (on a not busy evening). This is your place. Seriously it has happened to me multiple times now where I end up waiting in the drive thru for 30 minutes (at the speaker, just waiting for them to take my order). It’s like they have to make each meal one at a time. Not impressed.

This McDonald’s is awesome. The team is always very attentive, the food is served nice and hot, and the restaurant is never dirty. To top it off, they have complimentary EV chargers in their parking lot, and there’s virtually never a line. Combine these facts with this location offering 24 hour service, and it explains why this McDonald’s is always my first choice for fast food whenever I’m in the area.

I waited almost 1 hour in drive through plus receiving food. The person that took my order and card was very rude. This wasn’t the first time this has happened. Save your time and money by going to another McDonald’s.

I like the atmosphere of this restaurant. Relatively laid back and peaceful.

It’s close to my neighborhood, which is convenient.

Had some confusion with the new order kiosk, but the gentleman at the register was kind enough to help me with the order payment.

The waiting time was only a few minutes, and the deluxe quarter pounders were fresh, warm and tasty. Fresh lettuce and tomatoes, and plenty of dressing.

It’s a great place to use the ‘buy one sandwich and get one free’ coupon receipt, and I like to support local business.

Pictures with times visible for your viewing pleasure…i ordered a sausage end egg biscuit (i added cheese and got charged for it as well). I received a sausage patty on a biscuit…dining room closed due to staffing (although several workers observed outside chilling with a huge line in the drive through). Had to go back through and wait.. while waiting they said they lost power. I pulled up, observed that power was on (see pictures). Who i believed to be the manager approached the window i explained exaxtly what i ordered he took it and only slapped a slice of cheese on it (so now i have a sausage patty and cheese no egg yet). I backed the car up and the woman who originally took my order and payment went back and put egg on my sandwhich (in my opinion the only employee working at the time to include the manager that was worth interacting with. She was the only one i observed that was there to work so kudos to her)… all in all it was 30 minutes from when i arrived to when i pulled off… oh and half the menu items were unavailable as well. First and last time visiting this location. Manager needs to be fired immediately (i even showed him my receipt before he disrespectfully didnt correct my sandwhich his subbordinate employee did. . If i coukd give 0 stars i would.

Locations service is absolutely atrocious. Food is constantly missing, wait times are terrible. This building has a constant presence of people in the lobby very angry at the service from this location. Employees are inattentive and impossible to get their attention. The management change at this McDonald’s has affected this location terribly. I also watched them ignore several customers requests for refunds due to incorrect orders and stupid long wait times.
