I typically love this location, but lately, their extra small drinks aren’t being filled. My son gets Happy Meals. His extra small Hi*C Orange came half full. This has happened more than once. Why aren’t the staff making sure it’s filled? It’s pretty ridiculous.

I have never had a problem at any other McDonald’s, which makes this location’s behavior especially unacceptable. Yesterday, I placed a mobile breakfast order at 10:24 AM, the app accepted it, charged me, and confirmed it—meaning breakfast was still active and required to be honored—yet when I arrived at 10:30 AM, employees refused to make it because they “weren’t doing breakfast anymore.” That is not policy, that is laziness. Employees do not get to decide when breakfast ends; the system does, and if the order went through, they were obligated to make it. Every other food place honors limited-time menus until they physically cannot be ordered, not when staff feels like stopping early. Then today, this same location ignored a simple request and gave me zero breakfast sauce when I asked for extra, making the sandwich inedible for me. I’m not picky—I eat all kinds of food—but like many people, certain textures and components are what make a meal actually eatable, and without that sauce I couldn’t eat it without feeling sick. This is not a McDonald’s problem, it’s a this-store problem: lazy employees, zero accountability, and complete disregard for customers and company standards. Management needs to step in immediately, because this location is embarrassing the brand.

I don’t ever recommend this McDonald’s location Horrible time just about every time these days. This is the second time they’ve been very rude and just trying to push people through the line when they aren’t even that busy and they messed up my order and refused to give me the thing I was missing. That I paid money for. And won’t do anything about it. I don’t get what’s so hard about giving us a French fry lol.

Fast service but I’ll gladly wait a couple minutes longer for fresh food that’s prepared properly. 2 cheeseburger meal, fries undercooked, burgers seemed to be under the heat lamp for a bit.
I get it is what it is, and the brand has turned into truly hit or miss (mostly miss), but this just shows me that I need to be done with spending my money at any McDonald’s locations from here on out…

Picked up my share of orders here and there are some employees that have an attitude just for asking questions. I understand life can be stressful but what warrants you to talk nasty to others when they have done nothing to you?
If you get upset by human interaction so easily maybe a different job with less customer interaction would help.

Service here has always been memorable and good. The playplace is a huge draw for us as it is spacious and children of all age are not terrified to travel as there are not tube but better openings and we’ll lit areas.

we came for breakfast and one of our hotcakes were cut in half (broke off or something) and we asked to replace the broken one, and they gave us a free three hotcakes and sausage because they had an extra. i come here often and i love how its 24 hours. staff is super nice!

Not quick and always have a super long line. Also wanted to go in and eat dinner but they had all the doors locked so we couldn’t dine in and it was only 8pm and would not acknowledge us knocking.

The play place is on the smaller side and more fun for little kids, definitely like ages 2-5. Our food came out quick and the people working were very nice.
