The Hispanic manager that works nights is extremely rude and unprofessional. She got my order wrong, blamed me when I clearly told her my order which was 1 large coke (pretty simple right? Or so you’d think), overcharged my card, then tried denying overcharging my card until I showed her bank statement, kept my card for a good 2 minutes out of my sight, threw the change at me, and then slammed the window in my face after continuously rolling her eyes. Let me also add that she never confirmed my order at the drive thru and didn’t bother to tell me my total at the window, she continued to take orders and unfortunately some people lack multitasking skills. I’m taking this up with corporate, she needs to remember she’s on the clock and it’s not the other way around.

Worst McDonald’s ever. Overpriced, even charging $1 for a small water. No pop machine and no pop refills. Took over 10 minutes to get food when it was dead and a very simple order. Skip this one and keep driving!

Lobby hours are until 10pm but the manager locks up several hours before then and refuses to open the lobby. Had to then wait in line for over 10 minutes to find out they cannot sell me a happy meal kids toy (my child broke his and he really liked it).

This particular location seems to always be out of something. The drive-through people and the ones physically passing the orders seem to not communicate. Was told to drive around and wait on my latte. After waiting a good 15 minutes I had to go in and ask for it and everybody seem to not know what I was talking about. The woman at the speaker was rude to my mother, son, and I. Kept cutting us off with the order. And then forgot our sauces. Then when I checked my sons food. There wasn’t just 1, but 7 hairs inside the French fries, and 10 in the happy meal box. So disgusting. Some even looked like curly pubic hair. Not an exaggeration. Never come to this McDonald’s. Manager there with glasses is very rude. Something has been wrong with my order twice and she had an attitude both times! Lady just snatched my receipt Out of my hand when I tried to tell her they were giving me the wrong order then said “oh my bad” after shown receipt. Need new manager!!!!
