Walked across the street from one of the hotels here to get some snacks at 11pm. Ordered my food and used the restroom. Both soap dispensers empty… Alright ill just use sanitizer. Also empty. Alrighty then. Guy hands me my order; Mcflurry, Large Fry, and 2 Pies. Look in the bag and see theres 0 napkins and no spoon. Alright then. Waited 5 minutes for someone to barely peer around the corner to ask for a spoon SINCE EVERY SINGLE MCDONALDS IN THIS ENTIRE STATE, PROBABLY COUNTRY doesn’t have ANYONE working the counter. .

I get my spoon and leave. Get to my room after a half mile walk and go for the pies first. THEY BOTH HAVE A “DISCARD BY 3:13PM 9/29/25!!!!!!” IT IS 11:30 ON 9/29
/25. When I left the store with my food it was probably around 11:10pm. Im at a loss for words. That is just utter incompetence. BRAINLESSNESS. I threw the entire order in the trash can. Beware folks.

Tonight whoever was working the drive-thru intercom taking orders, at 3:30am had such positive energy, and enthusiasm. Which is surprising for an overnight crew. Just felt worth mentioning. Didn’t get her name but the person that handed me my food said “Unique”. So anyways, give her her props.

My visit was unfortunately cut short due to an uncomfortable interaction I witnessed between a manager and a supervisor trainee.

The supervisor was seated with a regional manager, engaged in what appeared to be a coaching or performance discussion. During that conversation, the store manager interrupted them multiple times. The final instance involved the manager asking the supervisor, in front of both the regional manager and customers, who she planned to pull from the kitchen to clean the bathrooms—despite the store clearly being short-staffed. When the supervisor attempted to respond, she was cut off and told it was ultimately her responsibility and that she needed to handle it herself.

There was no room for dialogue. The tone and timing made it appear less about resolving an operational issue and more about publicly undermining the supervisor and halting the conversation taking place.

As a customer simply trying to enjoy a meal, it was uncomfortable to witness what felt like public reprimand and poor leadership practice.

I shared this with the regional manager at the time: praise in public, correct in private. Leadership sets the tone for the entire operation.

The trainee was undermined to the point she abruptly shut her notebook and walked away to comply which lead me to pack up my stuff and leave. I also felt compelled to tell the manager and regional manager about the complete lack of professionalism I just witnessed – which is something I have never done before.

Normally everytime I go to this McDonald’s it’s a decent experience. Food comes out fast, hot, and there’s never issues with the staff. Today wasn’t one of those days. Today being Oct 30th, 2025 at around 6pm

I get in they have my food ready, so I sit down to eat. A man comes in and starts to have issues with the cashier over a missing order he placed online, and at first he’s patient. He goes and sits down. The cashier ends up apologizing to him and is doing her best to accommodate him. She said something about getting her manager. Instead of the manager going to help he just hides in the kitchen and the lady has to come back out and tell the guy they can’t do anything about his missing order.

The man starts getting a little angry at this point cause they took his money, and he has proof he placed the order, cause he’s got the receipts. He starts demanding to speak with the manager. Instead of coming out to diffuse the situation, The manager just hides in the kitchen, talking to the other employees, letting his poor cashier get yelled at rather than do anything. I can’t believe he’d do that to her. The manager should be the one dealing with difficult situations like this. Why even pay him.

I left a little after that so I’m not sure if anything else happened between them, but that manager really should be reprimanded for his despicable treatment of his people.

Came in for breakfast on a Sunday, multiple incorrect orders, excessive wait time, and customers not given receipts from kiosks, along with already made orders disappearing. They need to do better honestly.

Wouldn’t recommend. They hand you the ice cream cone with their dirty hands they just used for cleaning surfaces and don’t even bother to grab the cone with a napkin while passing it from the maker of the cone to the person at the drive thru window.
It’s absolutely disgusting.

If 0 stars was an option, I would have selected that for everything. The fries that I asked for with extra salt on? Cold and saltless. My McChickens? Felt like I was chewing a rubber tire and the lettuce and mayonnaise were smashed all over the place. If you’re looking for unsatisfactory quality food, then this McDonalds location is for you.

You guys did not have to do me like that. Currently it’s 3:40 am (nov 23) and I got told they couldn’t make a burger because breakfast is at 4:30.
I’ve worked in fast food before; this is not how it works. I went up to the window and they ran to the back. Cowardly. Just come up and tell me to my face exactly so I can hear you proper instead of the muffled monitor.
I pick up here frequently and never had such an issue until now. The part I’m irritated about is how y’all sat up there and ran away from me. Crazy. What can i expect though from a McDonald’s in the hood.

They never give you your order. They steal people money when you order on DoorDash the won’t give you anything because they know you can’t do much about it. My dasher gave me a SEALED bag with nothing in there but drinks that weren’t the right size. It’s happened multiple times with this place. This restaurant needs to be shut down because this is crazy. I wish I could call the cops.

I was picking up a DoorDash at 3:30 in the morning and they refused to make it because they said their system was down until 4:30 in the morning so that they could prepare for breakfast. Nowhere on the hours does it say that dinner closes at 3:30. It was two cheeseburgers and fries and the order was placed 20 minutes ago.
Wasting my money and gas and this person’s time over complete bullshit excuse.
