Very disappointed with the service at this McDonald’s location. The staff was extremely rude during our visit.

When we asked for a cup of ranch, we were told it would be $0.75. That was surprising, but we paid. Then when we asked for mayo, we were first told they didn’t have it. When I went to ask again, I was told it’s also $0.75 for one packet of mayo and that it has “always been like that.” I come here regularly and have never been charged before.

What was even more concerning was that we were not given a receipt for the ranch, and the charge did not appear to be entered into the system. The employee took the cash and appeared to place it in her pocket before walking away. On top of that, her tone and facial expressions were very dismissive and unprofessional.

This isn’t about the mayo or the ranch it’s about transparency, consistency, and respectful customer service.

On the 4th of this month had the worst fast food experience ever smh. The lady said only one order per car even tho one of us online order and one of us wanted to order on the spot. They made us go around a second time. When we did they locked the window on us then said they were closed? Then another lady came up and said they ran out of food?? My friend ordered online order 10-15 mins ago. Mind you they close at 2am and it’s about 11:50 so 2 hours before they actually close. At least it’s Laughable experience, the McDonald’s on Walton Blvd is way better and nicer people

I ordered my “adult happy meal” two McDoubles and a medium fry. A: The staff was courteous and professional, B: I had literally the BEST MCDOUBLE I have ever had (I’m a fan of McD’s but this is worth the praise) They cooked it PERFECTLY, I didn’t add any extras or anything just original style McDouble. I was on a budget today so I am ABSOLUTELY IMPRESSED by how friendly the staff were, how quick the drive through was (very busy intersection), and how good my “BASIC” budget order was. Fries were fresh and crispy and perfectly seasoned thumbs . I have several McDonald’s closer to me but I will go out of my way to go here again

Interior appears clean most of the time.
Using the app is convenient at the Drive-thru.
Unfortunately, the quality of food continues to get worse and worse. Why I put myself through going to this location is because it is conveniently located by my office. This will no longer be the case moving forward.
Last week, I ordered chicken nuggets and a stink bug crawled out of the box. But in their defense it is stink bug season so…. could’ve happened in the hand-off through the drive-thru window.

Today, I ordered my usual big mac with no bun, which typically comes on a breakfast plate so I can cut it up and enjoy my lunch, Unfortunately, it came crammed in a sandwich box with no plastic utensils to eat it. Great! So then I try a French fry, which is ice cold, wilted as if they were sitting in a bag for two days. Thank you for once again, having a customer pay over $12 for a simple meal of crap! This has happened in the past with the sandwich crammed into a little nugget box!

I try to call and get voicemail.

If the store manager cannot train their staff on quality products, this store needs to be permanently closed!

ALWAYS CHECK YOUR ORDER. We frequent this location multiple times a week since our office is so close. We understand errors are made so we check our order and any errors we just chalk up to human error, but today, was different…

Ordered a Big Mac with no Bun (as I often do), pay $ .30 for Extra Lettuce and $ .40 for Extra Sauce. Usually it comes in a black plastic container with a clear lid and a fork. However, today I received my Big Mac smashed in a 6-piece nugget box, no more lettuce than usual, with an exaggerated amount of sauce squirted throughout between layer, even on the bottom making it total gross mush!

McDonalds is no longer inexpensive, you have to pay extra for even an extra pickle, ketchup, etc. for $ .70 in addition to the regular priced Big Mac, one would think that if they were out of the usual plastic containers, they could have at least put it in a Big Mac container instead of smashing it into a tiny nugget box oozing. So GROSS and completely unacceptable! Managers, please train your staff!

Very rude, over heard the manager and a staff member talking bad about customers. They’ve over charged me at this location in the past, and they have no care for the line. The girl manager that works in the morning is so mean.

Strips were undercooked. The staff won’t honor promos. And, the women’s restroom is ALWAYS FILTHY early in the day (11am-ish)! Very wet sink countertops, unflushed toilets full of “crap,” and trash all over the floor!!!
