My first and last visit after the remodel. Food was decent but slow, no refills. One guy that worked that was very helpful (young tall guy) but the rest of the staff just was not there to work or help anyone. The remodel sucked, cold and unfriendly. Wait five minutes just to get some help? Sorry, I will not be back.

2:45 AM 02/07/2026 the female employee with long dreads and glasses she was rude to me and she is always rude to me I don’t know if she has a problem with white people or something she seems prejudiced, every time I come there to pick up an order for doordash or ubereats she talks to me like I’m one of her employees or something she’s very cocky and bossy and ignorant I’m pretty sure she hates her job this is why she acts like this I will be contacting corporate to find a solution for this behavior I didn’t get her name nor I think she would give me it had I asked. Me and another doordasher walked in there both of us did not go through the speaker and she was happy to bring him his orders and hand it to him but not me, she refused to hand me the order that I came here for, I contacted doordash and they said that she is refusing to release the order and that they had to cancel it I still got paid it did not affect me whatsoever, but her behavior should not be tolerated working for a corporation, she’s making the corporation look bad she needs to work on her attitude or be terminated and give the job opportunity to someone who deserves it, she does not.

The food is good especially the fries. Today, when I was in the line I was trying to order some food. I was ordering a hamburger. So I ask the lady, “hey, I wanna hamburger.” She said, “actually it’s called a cheeseburger,” and I said, “oh okay.” “Can I get a cheeseburger with no cheese?” And she said “well that’s a hamburger.” And she was overall being rude. Her name is Sundus. She was rude the last time I came too. I would like to report her.

Ive lived in Sterling Heights my whole life (minus a brief 8 months) and Ive always loved this mcdonalds. Its always had solid food, been clean, and had great service. But tonight was literally 15/10, and hit every mark. Its currently 2:14AM while I write this mind you and all this happened 30 minutes ago lol. I called ahead making sure they had ice cream cuz my gf NEEDED a mcflurry. They said yes until 2AM. I got there, ordered from the drive thru and asked about the new chips ahoy frappe and they said it was good, so I tried it and I agree! Ive always loved this mcdonalds, but tonight employees Michael and Michelle really gave the best service I could have gotten. There was a bunch of little things I appreciated during this interaction as well but this paragraph is already gettin long lol. Moral of the story, Michelle and Michael from night shift made my evening tonight and the food was great too 🙂
PS: sorry for any typos im tired as its very late for this, but I fr got THAT good of service here. Hence why Im staying up this late writing this

Christina the manager that worked this evening at 6pm helped me when I had difficulty with claiming a free filet fish sandwich on the app using my 4,500 points. She gave me it and I got to keep the points as the system wasn’t working. Christina, THANK YOU so much for your great customer service tonight and making my night so I can eat dinner as I’m in a nursing home recovering from an auto accident! She deserves a big raise 100%!

Well horrible experience with store manager named Jeff on 11-29-25 at 10:55 pm. This guy is so rude that he cant teach common sense. These are the exact words of him after I expressed my self that it wasn’t fair that i was waiting on the drive thru lane for good 5 min and another car came on the other lane and that car hot served first. I told him that i have worked before in drive thru and I know that when a car comes in you get a signal that tells you a car is there. Once he heard what i said he told me that i cant teach common sense. Now even if I didn’t have any how a store manager can act this way. It isn’t a customer service at all. Hope the owner sees this review before it escalates to a fight with someone else because if I wasn’t with my family I would be saying something back to him.

Concerning 15 mile and Vandyke store: It is 12:17pm in the afternoon. I bought this burger @1am !!! I had to keep this Burger n take a photo just to prove I AM NOT A THIEF! and I PAID FOR THIS … SO MUCH DRAMA!!! All I did was politely ask for a CUSTOMER STORE CREDIT. Because I couldn’t wait another 10 minutes for a remake’!!!
I stopped patronizing for 6 months because I didn’t like the way the Manager Spoke to me ( Very nasty, you can tell she was a different race ) to come back and try you again to get tt WORST! She intentionally messes up our order! I believe it’s intentional! THIS is not going to help get a raise! After asking for a store credit or refund I get told COUGH IT UP!!! or be LATE for work!!! I still have this hamburger, If Google had a NO STAR VERY SADD BUTTON they would be #1 HORRIBLE
