Absolutely the WORST McDonald’s I’ve gone to. If you want cold food, this is the place. If you want to wait 45 minutes in the drive thru at 1am, don’t worry, they’ll make sure you do. You want something fresh? How about cold and soggy fries. They’re delicious. My favorite is when I would order a McChicken and then I get to put it together because it was all thrown into a wrapper and then thrown in a bag. This place is absolutely disgusting.

Frequent visitor. Convenient enough for me on my work lunch. Food is pretty good. Drive thru workers barely speak English, wouldn’t recommend going through there so I just park and use the kiosk. Otherwise service ain’t bad, people just grew up with crap manners. Speaking of bad manners people that eat in here are awfully loud but that’s not service’s fault. Heard food prices are comparable to other locations in a bad way, but that’s my only other critique.

Absolutely unacceptable experience at this McDonald’s.

My child was sitting in our Tesla, enjoying his meal while playing a game. The store doesn’t offer any place where kids can eat and play comfortably, so we chose to let him eat in the car. After he finished his Coke, we simply walked back into the restaurant to get a refill — something that’s always been allowed as long as you’re a paying customer.

The place was completely empty, not a single customer in sight. Yet, the staff member immediately stopped us and accused us of trying to get a free drink without paying. Seriously? I calmly explained, gave him our order number and time, and even pointed out that we had just been there a few minutes ago.

But instead of showing any basic courtesy or common sense, he gave us a dirty look and said, “You already left the store, so no refill.”

I was shocked. I came back in with my own cup, after just buying food and drinks, and was treated like some low-life trying to scam a free Coke. I drive a Tesla, for God’s sake — and this guy is acting like I snuck in from the parking lot to steal soda? Unbelievable.

It’s not about the Coke — it’s about being treated with zero respect, like I was beneath them. The arrogance and attitude of the staff were disgusting. Enforcing a policy is one thing, but treating a paying customer like a thief? That crosses the line.

This is what happens when people are given a little bit of power and no training in customer service. If this is how this location treats its customers, especially families with kids, then they can keep their Coke. We won’t be coming back. Ever.

I waited for 10 minutes before the manager asked me if I had an order. I had used the kiosk and paid, I also had a receipt. Ignorance of them is intolerable by any standard. The photos below show how they prepared my meal once they decided to make it. It’s absolutely ridiculous.

I placed a mobile order and they only gave us part of the order. I looped around and went inside and politely asked if my child could have two toys in their happy meal instead of one due to the inconvenience. They said “no” and that they’d rather have a bad review. So here’s the bad review!

I had a very unpleasant experience at this McDonald’s on November 17th at 9:53 AM. While I was ordering at the kiosk, a female manager with a bun wearing glasses suddenly came over and stopped me from completing my order for no reason. Her tone was rude and disrespectful.

When I asked her why she was preventing me from ordering, she could not give a reasonable explanation and accuse me for nothing. I then asked her apologize and her name, but she refused or tell me, and the other staff members also would not provide it when I asked them. It felt like everyone was afraid to speak up, which made the situation even more uncomfortable.

I reported this incident to McDonald’s Headquarter Customer Service, but I have not heard anything back. The whole incident made me feel disrespected and unfairly treated as a customer.

A manager should set an example of professionalism and respect, not make customers feel unwelcome. I truly hope this store takes this seriously and improves staff training so that customers can be treated with basic respect in the future.

Now, my family and friends in the neighborhood refused to go to this store due to poor customer service and disrespectful attitude.

They charge money for water! Pathetic! I ordered 4 FREE tiny mini waters and the employee talked back to me with attitude refusing to fill my order! He gave me one mini baby cup! It’s not that deep, you’re an employee not the CEO, get a life. I said what if I have friends waiting for water at home and he replied “it doesn’t matter”. I didn’t make a scene because I have respect for myself to not be a Karen irl, but I was extremely annoyed. As a college student I expect free water, given that that’s genuinely the BARE MINIMUM, and they didn’t do that.

From the moment we entered, the afternoon manager kept an eye on us as we exchanged our McDonald’s meals. After we finished, he came over and told me that we couldn’t keep using coupons to exchange for things, but he didn’t speak directly to me, so I wasn’t sure if he was actually talking to me. Later, he told my family because we changed our meals when we ordered, it made their kitchen very busy.. After that, he took our takeout meals and stood next to our table, refusing to leave. He spoke very rudely, but couldn’t provide any proof that the meals couldn’t be redeemed. It made us feel extremely uncomfortable, and the dining experience was terrible. I will never eat at this McDonald’s again in my life.

Did I really just spend over $10 with a 25% off coupon on two happy meal toys only to get a box with nothing but fries in it and two apple juices? They gave me two of the same toys so I guess those are getting donated to a coworkers kid but seriously I’m missing 75% off my order (and I haven’t eaten all day yet this was supposed to be brunch after a morning lecture)
