I did the table-side mobile app for two breakfast burritos and a large drink that came to the table promptly and fresh. The burritos were fresh but had a slightly off taste. No soda station, so I assume you get a refill at the counter.
Clean dining area and bathroom. The staff were friendly. I would return for breakfast inside.

The McDonalds on Crooks and M-59 is a very slow and a dirty location. I’ve stopped inside several time for breakfast and the tables and floor are always dirty. They do not have a menu at the counter where you order food. Yes there is no menu as see my pictures. Also, there is no fountain station inside the restaurant to get free refills. Service is always slow and usually difficult to get someone to help take your order at the counter. I will not be coming back.

I stop here for a breakfast sandwhich and a drink a couple times a week and it is always cooked well, hot, and never over done. The drive through people are always really friendly and helpful. Better than most McDonalds, if it was’nt so far from my house I would try and see if the same is true for dinner.

every time i come here it’s to pick up a order and every time without fail they pull us up to the window that’s by the door and we have at least 20 cars pass us and they got their food and drinks big bags and i ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches. that was outrageous and vary unprofessional.

Thank you Yazmin (hope I got your name right). We had the pleasure of being served by her at the drive thru around 8:23 pm Sept 25th. I told you I’d leave you a review and here we go.
You were a breath of fresh air. Our family stopped by for a burger and fries and she was extremely polite to let us know it was going to be a few more minutes as we were going to be served fresh fries. It’s so normal to be made to wait for dinner at drive thrus but Yazmin was kind enough to let us know with this beautiful broad smile ear to ear about the delay.
In today’s world I think such individuals remind us that there is still hope and we can spread the love. Keep being kind and trust me great things are headed your way!
By the way the fries were AWESOME!!

Do yourself a favor….GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! Slowest drive-thru around! I work afternoons near here and come here quite frequently on my way home. At 1030pm, EVERY time I come here the drive-thru has 7 or 8 cars backed up. I was there tonight. 30-40 min wait. And food was cold! Not sure whats going on in the kitchen. Maybe too much goofing around? This is unacceptable! I wonder if the owner is aware.

Mobile app order placed in line at drive thru. 5 cars ahead take 15 minutes to process. Provide order number at speaker and told all set, drive up. Wait 10 more minutes to get to last window to be told order is not available because they switched to lunch while I was between window #1 and window #2 and the order cannot be cancelled, to wait 24 hours. You have got to me be kidding me with this??

McDonald’s: A Paradigm of Culinary Consistency and Mass Appeal
McDonald’s transcends the realm of mere fast food, epitomizing a meticulous orchestration of flavor, texture, and efficiency on a global scale. The Big Mac, a paragon of structural and gustatory equilibrium, layers its piquant sauce, crisp greenery, and umami-laden patties with near-symmetrical precision. The fries, golden and impeccably seasoned, embody an idealized crisp-to-pillowy dichotomy that few can emulate. Even contemporary additions, such as the McCrispy, demonstrate an astute responsiveness to evolving palates. While it will never occupy the echelon of haute cuisine, McDonald’s endures as an archetype of accessible indulgence—unwavering in quality, ubiquitous in presence, and executed with mechanical exactitude.

As we all know breakfast ends at 10:30am, one of the few things McDonald’s can get done promptly. I placed my mobile order for breakfast at 10:20am, arrived to this location by 10:24am, and then proceeded to sit in a non moving drive thru line for 11 minutes. Once 10:35am hit, the cars started moving and took another minute for me to get to the speaker to give my mobile order number. Upon giving the staff my code, they told me they could no longer fill my order as breakfast had ended 6 minutes. They failed to understand that their own incompetence was not the customer’s problem. This location needs to improve in the common sense department, while McDonald’s as a whole needs to loosen up on breakfast ending the millisecond the clock changes to 10:30am.
