Where do I begin. I used to be an asst manager at McDonald’s in Westland for 5yrs and I know the rules. I pulled up to the speaker no greeting just are you using a mobil app I responded good morning and told them the number. Pulled to the first window the gentleman took my money he told me to pull up to the second window when I ordered I said I would like my hotcakes not microwaved so moving forward I pulled up to the second window all I heard was pull onto spot two there were three cars parked already so before I left the window I said again can you make sure they don’t microwave my hotcakes she said ok and closed the window. So I’m sitting there about 5 minutes seeing this young girl running out orders in the rain she came to my car and asked what I had . I replied you don’t know my order she looked confused I told her my order and she ran in there a couple of minutes later she came back with a bag with extra things in it I looked in the bag my hotcakes were over cooked no apple pie no hash brown just over cooked hotcakes and brown scrambled eggs that I didn’t order. So I had to go around again to speaker and tell them this wasn’t my order the told me to pull up to the second window I explained again what I wanted. They gave me my order still wrong. That’s the reason the sales went down they to busy parking everyone and not delivering quality food. The shift manager was there and the general manager she was very rude she slammed the window in my face and The General manager said he would talk to her I doubt it because if he was paying attention to his store and watch the managers delegate instead of parking each car the line would run better… POOR MANAGEMENT….. Will not ever come back here

So I order a cook to order fish sandwich and it’s hard crunchy and taste like it’s been double dip or just cook again!!! I’m livid!!! Cause I specifically said please don’t!!! I call and Mya the manager says oh it’s probably the grease old

A bunch of kids were in the lobby from getting out of schoo very loud and i had to wait 30 mins for a pick up order. I also ordered specifically from the monopoly menu and none of the items I got have the monopoly piece. Feeling ripped off at this point

I waited over 20 minutes in the drive thru for the employee to charge the wrong order to my card, then when the manager went to issue me a refund, my card was charged a second time instead of being refunded. When I finally got to the second window to receive my food, the employee kept trying to give me someone else’s order. Avoid this McDonald’s at all costs if you don’t want your time wasted and a $73 charge on your account for food you didn’t even order.

I purchased 2 steak and egg bagel sandwiches with hash browns and coffee. 1 sandwhich was hot the other warm with cold hash browns. Service was good with the exception of not be able to pay at kiosk. Kept declining card, but was accepted at the register.

They clearly need real adults working in there because the quality of the food is horrible ! It’s like they let the food sit around and just warm it up . My fries were so soggy I took them back in to get fresh ones and they re dropped the soggy fries and gave me over cooked hard fries because they were too lazy to cook fresh fries . I’ll never ever eat here again , the health department for sure needs to look into that establishment!

I honestly can’t believe what just happened to me…

I just had a major incident at this locations that made me fear for my safety. I dialed 911 at the time of this issue. I order a small fry and proceeded to pay with a 50 dollar bill. The cashier gave me, one 20 dollar bill and four 5 dollar bills for my change. When I realized that a small fry shouldn’t cost this much, I very politely asked for a refund. The manager came out and asked me why. I told him, I’m uncomfortable feeling ripped off, and just want my money back. He said, it’s only 6 dollars!!!! And I said yes, however, it is my 6 dollars. He began to yell and swear at me to the point I dialed 911. I told him this was extremely unprofessional ,and I began to record him while he continued to harass me.

Interior is a little modern hellscape at 2pm on Saturday. Floor and tables are filthy. Everybody who can avoid going inside does, so the only people in the lobby are a couple of delivery drivers, a couple of drunk (?) dudes who are complaining about how bad the service is, a quiet young couple trying to find somebody to fix their order, and me.

The store is horribly short staffed, or in some kind of disarray, or something. Orders are taking 20 minutes plus to come out and most of them seem to come out wrong. The “HELP” buttons on the self-service order kiosks have all been pressed since who knows when, so they are all silently blinking orange. There is intermittent exasperated chatter from the kitchen. Absolutely nobody here – staff, customers, random people in the lobby – is having a good time.

Not exactly recommended.

I went inside for a carry out, ordered at the kiosk and waited about 10 minutes. I watched the worker place the food in the bag while holding a cell phone. (I don’t know where IT had been!) Got home and my McCrispy was McCharred. Fries were decent though.
