I deliver for DoorDash and what I observed on 2/28/26 was a complete lack of urgency during the lunch rush. I arrived 10 minutes before the food was supposed to be done (pickup time) and I didn’t get the food to deliver until 20 minutes after. The staff here seem very uncoordinated and cleared orders on the screens to “cook” their times (I used to work at a McDonalds so I know it’s common to clear the orders to trick the system into thinking they’re more efficient than they actually are). It’s just disappointing how uncoordinated and lackluster the team here is. McDonald’s, please do better.

Whoever was going to drive through at 3:53 p.m. today that customer service skills sucks I called and talked to the manager to let them know like you should have came to work that day if you didn’t want to deal with customers quit cutting them off before they even finish their order are you done okay anything else okay did you say this that’s not how you have good customer service skills. If yall want food don’t even come here. Every time I come it’s something. Either they can’t take card, you can only order through the mobile app. Then you order through the mobile app and they got a issue.. They just want to hang out inside and smoke in the back I’m convinced. My pies was crusty with no filling and the fries wasn’t even filled up. Throw the whole establishment away

time. That’s IF they even have the food you ordered and paid for. ⚠️ DOUBLE CHECK EVERYTHING BEFORE YOU LEAVE! They will clear your orders off of the screen and not prepare your food. Then have to nerve to have an attitude when you ask about what you paid for.///
It took 15 minutes just to get two breakfast sandwiches and an orange juice…meanwhile, three DoorDash orders and a kiosk order (all placed after mine) were served first. Priorities clearly need some work at this location.

I called this morning just super curious because I have been coming here for the past week and they don’t have the stickers for the Monopoly game, and the guy manager was so rude not even knowing people are ordering these items to be able to play the game. It would just be a little more thoughtful if they let customers know that they don’t have the stickers on the items

The worst McD in the area. The wait is always long, whether you order inside, use an online order, or you are a doordash (or other service) driver. The staff is extremely rude and loud, bickering and fighting with each other in the kitchen for all to see. The common areas are disgusting and the toilet is always dirty, with the only urinal often backed up. This spot is in a busy location, but if it closes, the area wouldn’t really lose anything, as it’s one of the crappiest places I’ve been to in my life.

Ordered thru the app, got there and the person on the speaker was trying to tell me they were out of something but I couldn’t understand… went there specifically for the prince meal. When I got to the window I asked her what they were out of she said nothing literally nothing, just shook her head. I got my grinch 2 big Mac meals. No mac sauce on the burger, no grinch socks in the box and everything especially the fries were stone cold. Between the attitude and the lousy food. I will never be back there.

This is by far thee worst location of any McDonald’s I’ve ever been too. The staff is extremely unprofessional and when you ask for fresh food, you’re handed food that seems to have been sitting for several hours. When I went back around to the window to politely asked for the fresh food I requested prior, the young lady came to the window with her hair tied up like she was getting ready for bed. Now it took 15 minutes just for her to come back to the window. SMH. This location also has busted windows in the dining area as well as the drive thru window. When I asked her what happened, she told me that an angry customer threw glass bottles to bust the windows out because they were mad at the staff. I don’t agree with violence BUT the experience I had here, I can kind of see the WHY behind the customers frustrations.
