My favorite spot on my way home from work. Must have my pick me up! Carmel Frappe with oreo toppings and chocolate drizzle. Food always served hot. Great smiles and happy faces in the drive-thru. ❤️

Husband works with Amazon delivery, and got McDonalds well the 4 peice nuggets he ordered was not nuggets.. it was two beef patties with onions all over!?? And he’s allergic I don’t know if my husband can go back anytime soon because he is timed on his deliveries for Amazon so this was a quick meal break but McDonald’s not only did you mess up his order that’s food safety he can’t eat that he’s allergic it’s also no nuggets in here?

Went through the drive-through talk to a very pleasant lady. She had really nice manners. She had a very nice vibe to her. I was explaining one meal to her which I could not remember the name of it and she’s like oh I know exactly what you’re talking about that’s the five dollar combo I said yes got that. Got a number seven which is a two cheeseburgers to fry and a drink I got a small orange juice for my daughter and I got a large pumpkin iced coffee, which I thought was really good then I went to the first window talk to the lady. She was also very pleasant. I think it was a different woman, and I asked her if she went to the rainbow shop across the street and we had a short conversation about that because nobody was behind me the people here very nice. I went to the second window and my stuff was already ready. I pulled over in the parking lot and ate. Everything was really good and it wasn’t deathly salty which I like if I’m in the area again, I’ll come back. My daughter is a picky eater. She usually won’t even eat McDonald’s and she ate everything. I gave her shocked thanks guys

Went in and first of all 3 out of the 4 self-order kiosks were closed for seemingly no reason, and then I get on it and see what appears to be a new menu item, the BLUEBERRY & Creme Pie, so I’m excited to try it, and then it turns out they somehow “don’t have it yet”. What? Then why would there be the ability to order it? This location can’t even have the common sense to put up a sign or something notifying customers it’s not an available item yet? Stupid BS. At least I was able to get a refund (that I wish went back on my card instead of being given back cash); I knew who people who worked at McDonalds weren’t smart, but this takes the cake

Easily the worst experience I’ve ever had at a McDonalds or fast food chain. I came here on 12/20/2025 at around 10:00 pm to get a quick bite to eat. I pulled up to the intercom and nobody answered for 5 minutes so I decided to go to the first window because there was a sign that said to go to the first window and I thought maybe it was just broken. So I went to the first window and I waited there for several minutes while somebody inside kept looking at me and walking away as if they didn’t want to serve me. After waiting, some vulgar employee at the next window shouted at the top of their lungs to pull up to the next window. I drove up to the next window and I told them nobody helped me yet and he said I had to go all the way back to the start of the line. I asked them can I just get a coke then and he said fine. So I gave him $2 for the coke and he made me pull up to the next window where people have to wait for their food to be made. I’m not joking when I say that I waited 10 minutes and nobody came to that window. I wasn’t going to waste anymore time so I went to the parking lot and tried to going inside but by then it was locked and the drive thru was packed. Never in my life have I felt so robbed of my time and my money. I live closer to this McDonald’s, but I’m going to willingly choose from now on to go to the location on Woodward and 13 mile. I went to that location right after and I got what I wanted in literally 2 minutes. Somebody needs to take some accountability for this because I lost my money and was treated very rudely and disrespectfully.

This store is the lesser of all the McDonald’s evils. The food always seems to be fresh ( even when delivered), the wait time is usually shorter than most, but the missing ingredients is customer service. No matter what location I am at I am most certainly, always, being rushed and or subjected to rude behavior. I understand its fast food , we are all on the clock even when we arent on the clock but I cant stand anything less than friendliness from any place I am spending my hard earned money. The most disappointing part is the fact that this store is a 4 out 5 and significantly above the current standard.

I don’t know why I haven’t learned my lesson yet. The incompetence at this specific franchise is wild. The wait in the drive-thru can be insanely slow, the fries are usually cold, and unless you order 1 item, your order will probably be wrong. The only reason I’m finally writing a review is because today I ordered a filet-o-fish meal with extra tartar sauce. I received one sweet and sour sauce and one bbq sauce. So there’s that. If you really want McDonald’s, take the time to drive to the one of 8 mile, it’s worth it.
