I come here pretty often and honestly have never been treated so poorly by an employee. Busy for lunch rush and someone called my bag I was missing fries a sandwich and sauces, I had mentioned it and this older black lady snaps that it was not done. How would I know that when another employee handed me the bag?? So I wait for the fries and other things and I get them. I ask her for more ketchup packet and she calls for someone else to help me while shes LITERALLY standing in front of the sauces. So incredibly rude. Someone had to reach over her to get me the ketchup. She probably shouldn’t be in the front if shes gunna be so disrespectful maybe some further training on how to interact with customers.
A manager stopped me as I was leaving and let me vent to her, she was really apologetic and made me feel heard I really appreciate her taking the time to make it right. Wish I caught here name but it was very much appreciated.

The worst they say 24 hours on Thursday Friday Saturday but when pull up they turn the menu off so you can think they closed just terrible and so is the rude management I hope corporate sees this
