do not ask to use the bathroom here thats for sure…theyre locked so u have to ask an employee to buzz u in but dont even do that cuz then that employee will get fired. my bsf and i literelly just had to piss and then another employee came in and said whoever let yall in is getting fired was it the guy at the front desk? and we said well yeah also we will be getting smth and she said that dœsnt matter we’re a privately owned McDonald’s whatever that means like okay girl lmao anyway the food was good

Went there this morning on my way home. Stopped in to get something quick to hold me over to get home just For the guy to say we are closed. No I apologize for the inconvenience. The second time this has happened to me in less than a year. You’re open 24 hours and have no staff or are you just lazy and don’t wanna work? This place is by far the worst for customer service. They have no sense of urgency. If you’re closed you update your site information and you don’t keep your lights on. I drove past other fast food places and they were closed with lights off. Have common sense. If you’re not wanting to work then don’t have a job. It always seemed shady as it’s always the same one car in the parking lot every time it’s 12am to 3am. Look into your management and owner for issues

This particular store is pretty good on service but it is McDonald’s folks and order mistakes and mishaps are going to happen, it’s a statistical numbers game. I only get fish sandwichs anymore and cheeseburgers, safest and easiest I figure to order from them , their fries taste funny nowadays, not like when I was growing up, just a bitter aftertaste to me now. Meh everything else is just McDonald’s, fast food that’s been around so long now there just can’t ever be anything special about them or their menus ever again, they peaked long, long, long ago.

they told me at the drive through, they were only taking delivery orders. I politely said ” ma’am I drove all from outside the major city near here, my friend is 83 and he wants McDonald’s, can you please help me”? She refused to take an order…Even he’s not going there anymore…Similar situation at Wendy’s, except they were closing at midnight…Explained to the employee the food was for a 93 year old family member. MY ORDER WAS TAKEN, WITH EXTRA FOOD….

Why are we still normalizing giving out bad service and bad food. I ordered from this store using uber eats and I received my food cold and wet because the either overfilled the drink or was throwing the bag around so my food was wet. I didn’t even get my other drink they left it out the bag and didn’t say anything. My fries was cold and old. My bag was dripping and ripped from being soaking wet. Horrible service and experience

Terrible worst McDonald’s I ordered a big breakfast and they didn’t even put the dang pancakes in the meal and the orange juice was disgusting tasted like water. How do you forget the main thing in a big breakfast just lazy and inconsiderate.
