This might be the most incompetent McDonalds I’ve ever seen. I’ve eaten here twice in the last few weeks. First I had to wait over an hour for my order when it wasn’t even that busy as I overheard the staff talk about how they were understaffed to the point that something like 2 people were running the place. And today I wasted time buying a chicken sandwich to find out that they decided to not put any chicken on it. So I had a bread sandwich and fries for lunch. Now I’m spending even more time here this evening waiting for a refund. Plenty of better places to eat in the next parking lot over.

I ordered a Filet O Fish meal and a McChicken, and it was incredible. There was an adequate amount of tartar sauce, and the sandwich was put together. It wasn’t half falling apart or cheese and fish half inside the sandwich, it was delicious. The fries were perfect and salted. The McChicken was good. It also had an adequate amount of mayo as well. It was quick, easy, and delicious, which has been unusual for most of my previous Mcdonald orders anywhere else. Thank you so much!

This is the worst McDonald’s of all time. The drive through takes forever, they almost always make everyone park in the Mobile app lanes to wait for over 10 minutes (that’s not an exaggeration, I’ve timed it multiple times). Then somehow most of the food is cold when it comes to the car, if it’s even the correct order. The incompetence is astounding. I cannot wait for another food place to open on this street that is open past 9pm!

I’ve waited a few months before reviewing. This really is that bad. I used to stop here to pick up a drink for my wife on my way home from work, now I intentionally go an additional 10 minutes out of my way to avoid this location. It is ALWAYS painfully slow, even in the drive thru and it’s been this way for ages. Mismanagement or whatever you want to call it. You will be doing yourself a favor if you find another one even 20 minutes away.

I would stop here on occasion because it is very convenient. Unfortunately the first time I went it took forever. There’s usually a couple of cars in line so I skip it. Today there was almost no line so I figured it would be quick. Pulled up to the window and sat there for longer than I have ever waited at any fast food. I finally started saying hello hello and she says “I’ll take your order in a minute“ finally comes back and takes my order, I pull up. There’s nobody else in line, there’s nobody inside the restaurant. She’s on her phone at the first window. I think she just didn’t know I was there and didn’t want to take my order even when I started talking

I very rarely try to leave negative reviews, but the average wait time for this McDonald’s is 30-40 minutes. We waited in the drive through for 25 minutes and then when we finally get our order it’s wrong, missing a sandwich completely. We’ve tried giving this location multiple tries, but it’s just not worth it. This location is extremely inconvenient for everybody – having the line back up and not take orders just so it looks like your order to pick up time is fast is misleading for your numbers that I am sure corporate is checking. Just frustrating.

I have been coming here for a simple soft drink and EVERY time I go there, you have to wait 10 minutes in the drive through when it wasn’t busy. Don’t waist your money. Go to exit 187, there McDonald’s don’t have as many problems.

This location is getting worse by the day! Breakfast is a struggle most days but Im currently sitting in line for “fast food” for 30 minutes plus for dinner!! If I hadnt ordered on the app, I would have gotten out of line. This location needs a change in management. This is beyond finding good help, it just needs help overall. Plus in the end, I was missing an item I paid for in the bag. Will not be returning anytime soon.
