Three times is the charm. Never coming to this awful place again. Ordered the spicy chicken deluxe and sure as can be, they gave me the wrong sandwich. No lettuce or tomato on it. Everytime this McDonald’s screws up the food. Worst is you can tell just by the employees attitudes that they don’t care at all. Get rid of the whole staff at this point.

I was shorted money in the drive-thru and was never told when my change was handed to me. When I brought it up after receiving my sandwich, I asked if Albert was a manager he said yes i am. He then told me they don’t make pennies anymore and then slammed the drive-thru window on me instead of addressing the issue. I waited, and another manager, Gavin, finally opened the window so I could explain what happened.
The issue wasn’t the pennies — it was the lack of communication and the extremely poor customer service. If a location doesn’t have pennies, customers should be told up front. McDonald’s should also round prices up or down instead of shorting customers money. If every customer is shorted even a few cents, that adds up, and that’s wrong. Pennies are still in circulation and still being used.
If Albert is a manager and handles customers this way, he seriously needs customer service training. This situation was handled completely wrong. But I do wanna thank Gavin for handling the situation instead of slamming the door on me. In the end, mcdonald’s gained money off of me. And I lost money. Makes me not wanna go to mcdonald’s no more definitely not this one!! I gotta mcdonald’s pretty much every day and i’ve not had a problem with the penny situation. Pennies are still in circulation and still being used.No reason for them to make money off us.

I politely asked the lady at the window to make sure I had jam and salt and pepper and instead of making sure I did she just femslpained that she has been here 20 years. I should have checked but I trusted her. Turns out she doesn’t know the difference between ketchup and jam.

I have ordered from this place probably hundreds of times. 9 times out of 10, they will invariably screw up my order (unless I order only one drink).

Items will always be missing. You will never get exactly what you paid for without going back inside to complain.

Nonetheless, it is convenient I suppose. Hence the begrudging return business.

I buy McDonalds fountain drinks 2-3 times a day every day, so I know a bad drive through when I encounter one. 12 minutes waiting after I paid to get to the food window. What happened to pulling the car forward…. No sweet tea to go with the cokes I ordered. You had time to brew the sweet tea while I waited in line. To make matters worse, when I called to express my dissatisfaction, the lady offered nothing but “we’re sorry you had a bad experience”. I would suggest using a different McDonald’s for better service
