(AVOID THIS RESTAURANT) I come here every so often during the morning (sometimes afternoons) during work. Majorily from the ladies on staff, the older lady & younger staff. They show no sign of respect or friendly gestures let alone paying attention to what they are doing. This is the 2nd morning I’ve asked for apple pies (the box) shows & received the wrong item, let alone missing one. The wait is fairly long at times but managed fairly well. Just pure laziness. (Edited On) Truly unacceptable won’t answer calls or make the problem right. (AVOID)

I ordered online at 402pm. When I got to the location at northline the doors were locked so I went through drive thru as I already paid for my order. I get to the window and was told id have to wait for my food. While at least 10 cars in front of me after I ordered already had their food. I waited another 15 minutes in the pick up section I was told to go to and still no customer service, no food! At this point I have been waiting over 30 minutes since I placed my order! I went and knocked on the door for another 5 minutes before, who I assume, was the manager came and told me the dining room was closed. I said I know, ive been waiting for my food that I ordered over 30 minutes ago online. Told him I was told my the drive thru people that I needed to pull forward and wait. It had been 15+ minutes of me waiting. He asked the girl that told me to move forward and she said “I didn’t tell her…..oh I forgot about her!” Like seriously?!?!?! Unacceptable! Over 35 minutes for 2 happy meals?!?!?! And the only response I get is “oh I forgot about her?!” Like wow! Will never come back to this location period! The excuse of “we’ve had a day” does not mean it’s ok that you forgot about a customer for 30 minutes! How does 2 happy meals, that ended up being cold since the food was forgotten about, take over 30 minutes!!!!!!!!

How do you not put nuggets in a happy meal? That seems like an important step. Also, the girl who was in grill shouldn’t be in grill because she messed up my wraps and the manager had to tell her 15 different ways to just not put lettuce on it. She was not comprehending. The manager was nice, she remade my food. The fries were soggy. Yea, this location just gets worse every time I’ve gone.

Avoid this store at all costs. My family has had persistent issues with a worker in the drive through line who seems to have a vendetta against folks that come to the store to order. Perhaps its because he is unhappy with his job. We have also had an issue with the quality of food lacking with each visit that we have had recently. My mother and I ordered food this morning for breakfast, and she is now vomiting up her breakfast that she did not even get a chance to complete due to what we believe is food tampering done in store, I attempted to contact the store in order to talk with the manager to discuss the situation. My mother and I both were saying that our food tasted funny and so I picked around my food, but my mother attempted to eat hers and she tasted something nasty and bitter towards the middle of the sandwich. Now she is vomiting, and we have to call her doctor. Do not under any circumstance eat food here and do not buy food from this store for your children as well. They serve old food and if an employee is going as far as to tamper with food in order to make it inedible, then that also poses a safety risk and a danger for other patrons looking to eat at the store. I am working on my complaint to their corporate headquarters because I truly believe that it’s time that this store is shut down. Food tampering is unacceptable. We paid for our food and we deserve better than this. At this point, my family and I are done with takeout/pick up ordering. It’s not worth it, especially if our health is being compromised by an employee. I would hate for this food tampering to happen to someone who may have a disability or chronic illness because the effect could be extremely dangerous.

We arrived at 10:09 am on a Sunday. A customer who pulled ahead of the line was getting at least 4 bags of breakfast when we drove to the drive through. So, we figured they were a bit behind after producing all that food for one car. Receipt printed at 10:16. One other customer was in line in front of us. We received our food at 10:26. The worker handed us a coffee, which we didn’t order. Oh! We ordered orange juice. We got a small bag with a Sausage McMuffin. We ordered an Egg and Cheese Biscuit. Oh! They hand us the Egg Mc Muffin, hash browns and smoothie. Then, we got the Egg and Cheese Biscuit. Then, we got the orange juice. She told us to have a nice day, and I asked for a receipt. Oh! We looked at the receipt, and they charged a la carte. Most stores will turn the 3 items into a meal, so I believe we were way over charged. Then they acted surprised when I handed them the credit card. Oh!

Mixed experience. Ordered a Sausage, Egg, & Cheese McGriddle meal with a small soft drink for here. I ordered via the kiosk, which was very easy to use. The kiosk was out of receipt paper, but had the number tents. The kiosk instructed me to take the table number and the order will be served to my table. The order never arrived after more than 10 minutes. Went to the counter and the employee asked what I was waiting for. I showed her my number tent. This took an additional 3 minutes to retrieve my order. The order was cleared from their order confirmation screen. They had to find the order.
The food was hot, fresh, and tasty. I would highly recommend the food here.
The lobby was in descent shape. No visible trash laying around and clean tables and floors.
This location needs to work on Customer Service and efficiency. This will improve ratings as well as driving results for the restaurant. Motivating employees will also help with speed and Customer Service.
I can’t recommend this location if you are looking for food quickly. If you don’t mind waiting a while for your food, then this location will be ok.

08/25/24 – I visited this McDonald’s for the first in search of the new Collector’s Cup. No luck. The McDonald’s was busy both in the dining area and in the drive thru. Our team member who took our order was friendly. The interior is their standard decor and it was nice to see a classic McDonald’s baby chair. My favorite lunch combo is the # 1 Big Mac Meal. Parking available surrounding the restaurant. Self check out kiosks. Decent prices.

This is without a doubt the worst McDonalds location. They never have frozen coke, never have shakes, never get your order right & don’t issue refunds, they’re always closed…. The list goes on
