If I could give less stars I would. Haven’t been here in months and I was instantly reminded why. First off, the simplest tasks cannot be completed by anyone at this particular establishment. Double burger with extra onion ended up as a single with no onion, 20 nuggets with no sauce, one of two fries received. Pathetic. Now upon pulling up to the window I watched the worker hand one of my two cokes over to the customer and they brought inside their vehicle and had to wait to give it back because they ordered what appeared to Hi-C orange (not sure how you confused the two…) the same McDonald’s lady then tried to give me those same drinks after and when I asked for a new one because it entered another customers car that I was completely unfamiliar with, she proceeded to point and laugh and my wife and I, while cursing in Spanish and English to her coworkers who also joined in on laughing. It was completely inappropriate, unprofessional, and most of all uncalled for. I have a right to refuse a tainted drink from someone else’s car that I watched hand back. She refused to give me her name but attached will be a picture of the receipt so we can find out who together, McDonalds. We will be in touch.

We ordered through the drive thru.We go to get our food at the next window the guy looked lost when asked which was regular and which was diet? We get home which is not near this location and he gave us the wrong pies. Now I opened the bag at the drive thru I didn’t know I had to physically take out each item to make sure it was correct. On the receipt it says strawberry cream pies now why would you give me apple? This was 2/28/26 @ 12:19 pm order #50. Your staff needs to get more training. I’ve done customer service for over 30 years this is unacceptable. I get sent a link we need more information. It’s very clearly spelt out here and enough information is provided as I said provide more training to your staff.

I sent my husband to pick up a mobile order. It took him forever to get the food and he did not check it before he left. The food was extremely cold like it was made way before he got there. So and the big macs i ordered we’re completely swamped and soft to the point where that’s what you were eating bread and sauce. One of the most worst experiences I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s. And the entire staff was rude. There was a guy who was making burgers while picking through his hair with no hair net on and the manager never told him to put a hair net on after I complained because you can physically see it’s from the front counter i will never be eating at this place again. This is now the third time this has happened, where the food is just crap, and the people are crap. I will be telling everybody I know. Not to eat here

Terrible service. Ordered a burger with no ketchup they added TONS of mustard. Forgot nugget sauce and were rude when we went in to get sauce. Worst McDonald’s in the area.

Its hit and miss. Honestly just think it has to do with training from corporate more then anything. Everyone is always nice, but my lord your drive thru times when your not busy sometimes can be outrageous

I wish I could give this less than 1 star. I never go to this location, I travel out of my way because it never goes well. Against my better judgement, I went tonight. Sat and watched while only one of the drive-thru lanes was getting their order taken, as 3 cars I was ahead of passed through. Had to shout multiple times just to get a guy on the intercom. When I got to the window and asked why he only took one lanes order he said “I got mixed up”. I said “I had to shout at you multiple times just to get you, what do you mean you got mixed up. This is exactly why I don’t come to this location and go out of my way to another”. His response was “Why did you even come then?”. Welp, don’t worry, I never will again, especially after I tell the manager what the employee did and they didn’t seem to care one bit. Didn’t realize there was a 3 strike these days for insulting customers to their face.
P.S. The main reason I don’t go is because the burgers are always cold enough for the cheese to easily separate, and the fries are always stale. Guess what? Nothing changed, so that was the cherry on top.

woman in the drive thru is amazing at night. so sweet and even though it took a minute she was nice and we got fresh fries with our meals, those overnight employees make way better food and are way nicer than anyone ive ever interacted with when the sun is out

Experienced a bit of suspected profiling while dining in at this location. I ordered a sandwich and a drink. Things proceeded in standard fashion, and I was actually satisfied with the food for what it was. However, from a distance, I could hear a conversation between the manager and an employee with what sounded like a statement from the manager of “keep an eye on him” being communicated. Following this, the employee began performing cleaning tasks in the dining facility. Seems standard, yet if the thought is to position yourself to observe a customer, it is not, and can feel unnecessarily intrusive and oppressive to the customer.
Moving around and performing routine tasks to mask surveillance is not a new tactic. Mind you, I did nothing to warrant this perceived response. I could see the employee observing me out the corner of my eye. The employee also came up to me to ask “was everything good?” while I was eating. In an honest context, this could be seen as good customer service, but done insincerely, this can be seen as passive agitation (aggression). Mind you, no one else was asked this, with there being several customers also dining in. Furthermore, I observed a “no loitering” sign that stated the max time to be there was 30 minutes. I was not near this max time, and I was still eating. All things considered, it seems like they may watch individuals, perhaps based on previous interactions.
I am not a regular customer at this McDonald’s, and I am unsure of the social dynamic of this location. With the observations made, I wanted to send this review for consideration, as other customers may also be receiving or perceiving that they are receiving similar treatment.

Odered a caramel frappe and was given a mocha. I was told it was already made and that’s what I ordered. I then looked at my receipt. Which said caramel, not chocolate. Seemed like he did not want to make a new one until I told him chocolate makes me sick feeling.
I also ordered extra drizzle and expresso in my frappe and did not get the extras. Even though I was charged.
I asked about it and he said I already put it in there with extra drizzle. No extras. No way to get reimbursements through the app. 1.50 out the door.
Imagine it being done 10x. That would be a meal with extra for that cost. $15. This would be the third and final time I had this happen.

What in the world happened to McDonald’s? I just left the one on Wayne road after waiting in the drive thru for 10 minutes and not moving. I come here for a little quicker service but the food sucked! Double cheeseburger and fries weren’t even slightly warm and got shorted my $1.99 apple pie! And the workers act like they’re doing you a favor! Pathetic and unacceptable!
