I just wanna say that the past 6 or so times I’ve came to this location I’ve had hot fresh, fast food with good service . I’m honestly super surprised as this has never happened with any location ever. Someone’s definitely turning some things around here

There is no excuse for this, but lately no matter what McDonald’s I do to, this is how the food looks. You have to do better McDonald’s. These sandwiches are just thrown together with no regard to the customers. Very unappealing

Very good until just recently. They’ve been forgetting to put dipping sauce in our happy meal quite often. I thought they were getting better but they forgot it again today. Also, several times recently they have given me sweet tea when I ordered unsweetened. Since I visit around the same time, maybe it’s just one person. Anyway I’ll be checking the bag before driving away for a while. The food was hot and good! Just no sauce.

They are backed up all the time and have you wait at the menu before you can order so it doesn’t look like it takes long to get your food! I don’t know if that’s a thing or not but that’s what I’m saying. And my coffee today was so bad that I took one sip and I had to throw it all away. Oh and another time I went to go get my reward quarter pounder with cheese instead of one patty they put two small Patties on it.

I don’t understand why my codes never work here. Only here. If I go to another McDonald’s and the code doesn’t work the manager is alway polite and understanding. But not here. I always get an attitude like it’s my fault that the code doesn’t work. It’s always someone will help me at the window and then when I go to the window I get an attitude. I understand it’s a dumb code. But sometimes the discounts are needed. Let’s remember we work in the service industry. If I’m not rude to you I don’t deserve an attitude.

The thrive through was cool. I used my mobile app which makes the wait less time consuming. The gentleman drive through who was giving out the order was a little spastic but after telling him to slow down to make aure the customer has everything that is needed. We were all good.

Some of the best people in the world works here! The customer service is superior. They are one of my three favorite McDonald’s in the whole state. The food is consistently fresh They treat their customers like they are in some high end restaurant. I have waited a while to post, because other restaurants hit or miss so often that a good review is unwarranted. Not here! Every kind word is unquestionably deserved. Even if some mistake occurs, they don’t become unprofessional, or pathetically defensive, they simply smile, fix it, and keep it moving. I wish that I could clone this wonderful team and place them everywhere that food is served. The restaurant is usually clean. The bathrooms are well stocked and clean. The play area is the cleanest that I’ve seen. They hosted a very family friendly birthday party for my kiddo. My child was beyond happy. I can’t thank the ownership, management, and team enough for setting such a beautiful, high, standard of service. They make you feel like family and create a great community atmosphere. You cant get this from a robot. My deepest gratitude to each employee for all their hard work everyday.

I stopped through the drive through and was greeted by this very sweet, energetic, smiling young man named Jordan. This kid is always happy, smiling, and giving great service. You can tell he takes pride in his work. I hope this young man goes places in the food service hospitality business because he definitely has restored my faith in this establishment. Way to go Jordan!!! Keep it up, great things are in your future

I ordered through drive thru and it was Terrible. I must have repeated my order 10times and they still couldn’t get my order right. They were so rude kept blaming me for messing up my order after she slammed the window multiple times she wanted me to pull up because she was more worried about her drive thru timer then making sure my order was correct. I couldn’t not believe them ladies was able to carry there self’s the way they were acting at work and get away with it.

it seems every McDonald’s is the same now. no more filling your own drink, getting napkins or ketchup, in return you get rude customer service with incomplete orders. I got my food without any napkins, no ketchup or honey mustard, no straws and i have to wait at the cashier for over 20 minutes while it seems like im talking to myself. corporate or franchise stores, McDonald’s isnt worth it anymore
