This is truly the worst McDonald’s in the city of Taylor. The kids working there clearly do not care at all. I ordered a Big Mac and small fries, and the young man preparing the food in the back wasn’t wearing gloves. I had to ask the manager to have my burger remade. It’s really sad—every time you go there, some kind of drama is going on. This location is extremely unprofessional.

So rude, our family was in line buying food and Happy meals. We asked to use the restroom as our kid couldn’t wait any longer. The cashier clearly stated the we have to complete our purchase first or order something before using the restroom! We left and we’ll take our business elsewhere. Very unaccommodating and sad for kids and family to experience!

Making a Steak, Egg & Cheese Bagel shouldn’t be rocket science, yet this McDonald’s at Eureka and Inkster consistently gets it wrong. After one too many mistakes, I went in for a refund, waited ten minutes for attitude, and told the manager to keep it, maybe invest in Management 101.
The owner’s other location can be great, but when the right employee isn’t there, long waits, missing items, and mistakes return. On my last visit, the employee handling the incident looked about 13 and almost started crying when I asked her to fix my order. She then offered me $1.56 for missing sauce instead of correcting it.
I’m not asking for a refund or apology — I’ll take my daily breakfast elsewhere. Two decades in food service and this level of poor management is impressive for all the wrong reasons.

Kayla the Supervisor on duty literally has the worst attitude I’ve experienced. The nice guy on the grill had better customer service that the Supervisor. The owner should really consider hiring someone who’s not so angry. There’s a sign that says no refills after 2 but the soda machine is self serve… I literally hope I NEVER experience Kayla again…

Went through the drive-through asked to wait in parking space one after we ate in the car. I ran into use the restroom and realized it required a code went to the desk and asked Chloe who claimed she is the manager for the code. She said what did you order so I told her and she said Do you have a receipt? I said not on me because I went through the drive-through and then when she told me Ineeded a receipt to use the bathroom. I said this is crazy at which point she told me to out and I repeated I just bought something and I really need to use the bathroom. I ran out to the car got the receipt came back in and she told the people working at the front not to speak to me or let me use the bathroom and that I was kicked out. WOW If that’s the caliber of people running the entire store, I will never spend another dollar. What about attitude and poor representation of McDonald’s leadership! .

I ordered food trough the McDonald’s app, and deliver comes about through DoorDash. Didn’t receive my sons happy meal, door dasher went back to get it and I called spoke with supposely the manager Taylor. “She said they dont give out free food.” While dasher is right there, I can hear her and I sent the reciept to the dasher and still didn’t get my son’s food. Thanks for nothing won’t order again and I’m a regular customer never got treated like this anywhere

I just picked up a order of french fries with a fish sandwich. My order number was 1439 at 3:16 pm on 8/21.
No , it’s really looking forward to this sandwich, After unwrapping it I found is two pieces of bread and a piece of fish…. NOTHING else was on the sandwich.
No tartar sauce and no cheese. Very very disappointed..
There was a child working at the window who barely looked to 14 years old?
When I place my order. I asked for a filet of fish sandwich and for them to wrap it in paper instead of putting it in the box. When it is wrapped in paper it steams the bun nicely.
I don’t know why they started.Putting these sandwiches in a box? they were so much better the old way.
But regardless I did not ask for a totally bare sandwich? I don’t know why they omitted the cheese Or the tarrer sauce..
