Really. It’s a McDonald’s! What do you expect? Long Horn food prep and quality service. Na! Servers that don’t greet you. Mute handing you food. 3 meals made with no purpose of a family being happy. 36 bucks horribly spent. 36 dollars is a steak dinner at Texas Roadhouse which is always delicious. If not, they’ll correct it along with apologies. Mistakes happen, yes. But how do you folly up 3 meals. Big Mac wrong buns no Mac sauce. 2 fish sandwiches no tartar sauce cold buns. Really!! You’re returning food like clothes. Nobody cares! Do you wanna know why? The franchise sells itself. It’s convenient and customers are a dime a dozen. At least I take comfort in never eating McDonald’s ever again. I’ll prep my own food with love and pride the way it should be done anyway. Besides. The food is poisonous anyway. We choose not to care out of convenience.

People are so wrapped up in the convenience of McDonald’s that we continue to accept this as food. I could make this at home 10x better for half the price. It’s time McDonald’s steps up or we put them out of business. Healthy alternatives cost more because places like this make the “base cost” on the food market. McDonald’s gets richer while their food quality goes down the drain. Along with their employees attitude and foul language while in the work place. The environment does not help poor quality. Now we also have to flag down an employee (the ones that berly notice customers at the front counter) to get a pass code to use the restroom. As well if your dinning in you have to return to the counter for a refill. In my case my soda was wayyy over syrup than carbonated. They stated the lobby soda machine is shut down at 2pm. So have fun sitting at the counter for most of your visit getting ignored my employees, having to listen to their foul language then getting eye rolls when asking for service. The implementation of the kiosk extremely affected the attitude and attention to customer service. I will be adding this review to McDonald’s website as well. I suggest the rest of you start to do so as well so we can get a change in what we pay for. Next time I will take my money to hungry howies next door and get better food and better service.

I don’t come to this McDonald’s often because of the same problems everyone. I only came today because I wanted to see if the snack wrap was like before, sadly it wasn’t. My concern/complaint is that when I opened my snack wraps they were both ranch when I ordered spicy, I let them know it was wrong you know typical McDonald’s mistake. I got my spicy wraps finally and noticed there was BARELY any lettuce or spicy sauce on there. That honestly pissed me off after already having one issue, so I politely asked for a side of spicy sauce, in which I was given free due to the prior issue. The employees were very nice and said sorry so I was appreciative of that but I’m so beyond over spending $10 on a meal and not getting any PRODUCT on my sandwiches/wraps. This is getting ridiculous and I will continue to goto checkers across the street or Burger King next door due to these issues. I don’t believe in these corporations allowing franchise owners that don’t uphold to the corporate standards. Also tables should be checked on/ cleaned every 30 mins or so they hadn’t been in a while all tables were dirty.

Wow, talk about two thumbs down! Everything from food, service, management. Not even sure where to begin…..Husband ordered pancakes for our son and he ordered a full breakfast. No plates/dishes. When asked about how to eat it, were told to do so “out of the [tiny] box.” Didn’t include the syrup or sausages and when complained, no apology. Manager’s attitude – pathetic. She couldn’t care less of the horrific service. DON’T visit this location in Taylor, Michigan – 23333 Eureka Road!!

I have a three year-old daughter who had to use the bathroom and I was told I was not allowed to take her to the bathroom I had to purchase an item I was given a dirty look this lady was so rude I Now have a daughter who is soaking wet and crying because I couldn’t take her to the bathroom because of this McDonald’s policy I have worked for McDonald’s before and that has never been a policy when I asked the lady are you serious? Padlocks on a bathroom really? No refills after 2pm? Dirty tables, rude attitudes, cheeseburger buns were stale and food was cold. This place sucks! Go to the McDonald’s on ecorse road they’re nicer and food is better. Even the own workers wouldn’t have eaten the food they just gave me.

Servers at window were extremely rude for multiple days, and when I tried to make sure my order was correctly taken this time they had an attitude with me. When I pulled up to the window I paid for my first order fine but when I wanted to check that the second was taken correctly they told me to hurry up and the second lady had an attitude and rudely stated they didn’t have the time to break the price down for me, when they still had to give me my first order, which they forgot items from, so I actually wasn’tholding up the line like they said. Stop hiring incompetent workers with bad attitudes, it loses businesses. It’s not hard to click pictures of items on the register, and be polite. This was not during any meal rush either there were maybe 2 cars behind me.

By far the worst McDonald’s in Michigan. Every time I come here it’s covered in filth and sticky pop everywhere. My flip flop got stuck to the floor as I was walking out. The kids play place? Forget it, it’s always trashed, food everywhere. Every table is sticky. No one takes your order for at least 30 minutes when you’re inside. In my opinion this store needs to be shut down, deep cleaned. And hire all new people, because obviously these people have no care in the world. Oh and good luck getting to mention your feet might get stuck to the pavement too.

I was doing ubering. Went to go try and use the restroom. I was told I had to purchase something in order to utilize the bathroom. So I quickly decided not to order anything. And went to the McDonald’s on telegraph road where I was welcome to utilize the restroom without any problems.
