I got food poisoning from this McDonald’s. I ordered a burger and the meat looked undercooked and had a strange grainy texture inside. A few hours after eating it, I woke up vomiting repeatedly and couldn’t keep water down.
This is a serious food safety issue, not just bad quality or presentation. Food should never be served like this. Extremely disappointed and concerned that this could happen to anyone else.

Went through the drive thru this morning around 7:40am and ordered a couple breakfast meals. I asked for a large caramel frappe with one of them. When I got to the presenting window they handed me a small. Then when I said that isnt what I ordered they refused to allow me to pay the difference and said that I have to go back around and order a new one, for THEIR mistake mind you.

Don’t waste your money on this garbage food! The fries were so salty you could not eat them and the burger was ice cold. They don’t deserve a single star meaning of they charge $10 for a meal that’s not even edible. So I paid $10 for a medium drink

I paid extra for hot fudge and extra for more mix ins, they didn’t give me extra mix ins, and that’s a laughable amount of fudge. It wasn’t even mixed. Between this and the last time my husband bit into undercooked chicken on his sandwich, which they made him pay for another one, I really don’t care to go back when there’s another one 5 minutes away.

Wow! I’m so impressed by this McDonald’s. It felt like I was in a restaurant rather than a fast food place. This was the nicest staff. The team lead could be heard communicating efficiently & supportively. She was uplifting her team and letting them know they were on top of everything – I’ve never experienced this at a McDonalds ever. I didn’t even finish filling my 2 ordered drinks before the kindest employee approached me with my order! The speed!! She allowed me to finish, took my drinks off my hands & followed me to the large children’s play area. She also had a tray of items items: including salt, pepper, sugar, ketchup & other items. That was so thoughtful & felt so comforting as if we were in a restaurant and being waiting on. She had a joyful smile on her face as she helped get me settled in with my food. I’m so impressed. This was a totally positive experience which is so rare these days at fast food places. Please praise your team here, they value themselves which then has a ripple effect on the customer. We will definitely be back & share the world about this fantastic franchise location! Thank you for treating us like guests. Highly recommend for families especially!!

Food was good but service was horrible. We drove up to order and that was fine but then the girl in the pickup window gave us the complete wrong food and drinks. She then lied about the drinks saying she just clicked the wrong indicator. We then went inside and the guy in there told us that we just need to dump out our drinks and get new ones ourself. The guy outside was the nicest and probably most competent worker there. He was able to fix it and we found out the kitchen lost our order completely. They also didn’t give us any napkins and probably gave us our food after someone else already went through and opened everything. Food was better than most McDonald’s but they forgot pickles and service was horrible.

I’m replacing my negative review with this positive one. I don’t need to whine every time I don’t get my way. I was getting irritated that when I would try to stop for a shake I could never get one, but they made me McDonald land shake a couple hours later and it was FIRE.

The atmosphere was awesome I really miss the old 90s look and this Mcdonalds has not gotten remodeled this place really brings back my old childhood vibes. Also Bill was scary but I love him.

The manager of this location ought to be ashamed of herself.
I came through the drive through and my order was prepared incorrectly. When I brought it inside, the manageable apologized and remade it herself. Not only did she remake it incorrectly, she squashed the burger with her hand and placed it back in the bag. I didn’t realize this until I had gotten back in my car. By the time my burger was remade, my fries and nuggets were cold.
Smh.
Fast food just isn’t worth it anymore. Prices of food are going up, while the quality of the food AND THE SERVICE are dwindling down. This location doesn’t care about service, they are just passing time to generate a paycheck.

Saline McDonald’s is awesome. Quick friendly service and food hot and quick as expected. They’ve always had the best hash browns in the country. Great employees.
