I got a Steak, Egg and cheese bagel this morning. Paid for extra sauce. There was one little spot of sauce on the one edge. Ripoff!!

Nicest people ever, I’ve never had a McDonald’s worker approach my table to offer me a refill before!! Granted it was quiet Tuesday but it was still so kind. Lady in the front, didn’t catch her name but she was like 40 I think with glasses on her head, she was an absolute doll!!! I get nervous asking questions in public settings but she was super nice when I got confused about my order. Not to mention the food was actually hot, fresh, and yummy even though our order was pretty big. Didn’t think I’d be leaving such a review for a fast food place but it was just a really nice experience, I hope they get rewarded for this behavior

if you’re looking a for a place to work, absolutely do not work here. i had an awful experience here. the general manager is extremely unprofessional with having mental breakdowns during rush hours and treating her employees with disrespect. she is the whole reason why i quit that place. she would always yell at us, slam things, throw paper bags at her employees. just very disgusting attitude overall. everyday i would dread walking into that place because of her constant yelling, it would all stress us out. not to mention the times, god forbid if our times weren’t low enough, there would be hell to raise. we would always get berated about our times. the stress and the mental exhaustion is not worth it

I went there yesterday, April 17th. Noticed that there is a new manager in there with short hair. Nice girl. Food was fresh and tasted great for fast food and she actually put everything together on a tray and was about to bring it out to me. I honestly almost given up hope for this McDonald’s because every time I have chosen four here to dine in I get my food in a bag just sat on the counter never brought out to me. Never hear the order number. Even called but to the new manager hats off to you. Great job!

Sat in the waiting part of the drive thru for 45 mins, no one came out to say my order didn’t get into theyre system somehow. I went inside the store to see if my order was being made or what and the kid at the front counter goes in the back for 5 mins just to tell me they don’t have my order. Waited another 10 mins for half of my order to show up. Worker keeps double checking the receipt and the bag and going into the back just to bring a 10 pc chicken nuggets instead of the whole meal. Another guy also came into see where his food was because he was waiting about the same amount of time as me. I didn’t get any sorry for wasting my time, nothing for my time just here’s your food. I just wanted to let you everyone know to not go unless you absolutely have to.

The secret is out. The steak egg & cheese bagel is back but it’s not on the menu. You have to ask for it. Only select ones have it. Downside. First time thru drive thru we were given bacon egg and cheese so had to sit thru very busy drive thru again, but they made it right. Just check your order before you pull away. The sweet tea can’t be beat. Personal favorites. If you don’t have the app do yourself a favor and load it, it is well worth the deals.

I prefer this McDonald’s over the other locations in Monroe because the food is usually hot and fresh and they are good at keeping the drive through moving. If you don’t already, I definitely suggest using the app. Today I bought 2 breakfast sandwiches for the price of one. Everyday you can redeem a BOGO breakfast sandwich offer. If you’re broke and hungry, it works for the cheap sausage biscuits! Can’t beat that. 2 sandwiches for under 2 bucks is a great deal! The free McCafe beverage and dollar fries offer are really good too!

The drive thru lines were so long that it was insane on 8/13/2023. Didn’t look like they were going very fast. I went inside. Even though the gal at the register was semi fast, her appearance was something of a fright and not very professional. Piercings in her nose, that looks pretty gross even for McDonalds. I don’t think that body piercings in the face should be allowed. I’m old school — facial piercings – just not in the workplace. Ears — Yes. Nose/Eyebrows – unacceptable!! I realize that is how kids are now-a-days but I personally took it offensive and quite offsetting when I go into a establishment to get served.

Horrible service and attitude. The person taking the order at the drive thru got the order wrong. Then the woman at the window argued with my wife when it was brought up. She then got home and one of the burgers was barely cooked.
