My kids wanted ice cream, and we all know McDonald’s is infamous for their ice cream machines being down. I even heard there’s an app to check which locations are working! I asked if this one was up and running, and thankfully, it was. We ordered a caramel sundae—good flavor, but a little disappointing that there were no nuts.
Service was surprisingly fast. There were about six cars in front of me when I pulled up, but I didn’t have to wait at all. I originally wanted the apple pie, but they were out. Instead, I got the pumpkin pie, and it was a pleasant surprise—delicious!
Kudos to the young ladies at the window for keeping the line moving smoothly. Great job!

Very dissatisfied, I came through the drive thru with a mobile order. Got my drinks and was asked to pull to the next window. What looked to me like the manger came with 2 bags of food and asked what I had i told her that I had 3 meals, the spicy McCrispy meal, the 10 piece nugget meal and the 2 ranch snack wrap meal. The next young man that came to the window handed me the bag and said have a good night. I checked my order before I left and noticed that I was missing 2 large fries, so I park and go inside to which I am now standing at the counter for 10 minutes before anyone came to ask what was wrong with my order. I told them that I was just missing 2 large fries. I spoke to 4 different people about my order missing 2 large fries. I waited 20 minutes for the 2 large fries. I get home and find that my snack wraps are not even made correctly. I paid for both of them to have bacon and tomatoes on them. 1 had just ranch, bacon and tomato and the other one had ranch, lettuce and cheese. I will never visit this location again. Very poor customer service. Don’t even deserve 1 star.

Placed a mobile order just for a 10 pc nugget, asked at the speaker for them to be fresh. I get to the window and I ask if there fresh, lady at the window tells me to pull back around for no reason. Do it again, I get my food and the nuggets aren’t fresh. How hard is it to communicate and drop fresh nuggets? Like you guys weren’t even busy.

Honestly, I have given this location 4 chances. Every time has been an awful experience. First two times we got sick after eating our food. Third time they were out of everything but fries and nuggets. And today they missed items in our order and we recieved undercooked food. Then when I went in to get the missed food items I was ignored by 5 different people. It took someone in the back of the kitchen to come assist me. Mind you I was also politely saying excuse me to a woman that was standing there on her phone. Absolutely will not be returning. Money and time wasted.

Sitting in the drive thru and they have two lanes to order food, and we were on the right side. We ordered on the mobile app to make it quicker but that didn’t happen. They kept taking orders on the left side literally skipping the right side over 5 times. I will never order from here again plus the food was cold and gross.

Please stop listing this as a 24 hour location though cuz it’s not. I showed up at 3:28 a.m. for a dinner order placed on the app and the drive through person says they aren’t accepting orders cuz they are switching out for breakfast. That’s totally fine, but why are orders going through? I also asked if they were gonna cancel the order and was ignored.

This is the third time in less than a month you gave me a biscuit with burnt eggs on it. If McDonald’s want to reimburse me for all the gas i keep having to waste to get my food fixed only to get to work and even my replacement biscuit had burnt eggs on it
Does someone not know how to make your eggs or are they just being forgotten about on the grill. I’ve never gotten eggs that look this bad and taste awful on my biscuit from a McDonald’s ever before.

What even is this McDonald’s? Is this even a real McDonald’s? That felt like a gta 5 server in real life. I just wanted 2 McDoubles. One with no pickles. We got BOTH with no onions. And.. there were people standing in front of us… IN THE DRIVE THRU. I’ve never left a review in my life. This felt worthy.

These people suck. All are unprofessional, rude. They aren’t 24 hours like they claim, will say their system is down or that they are switching and that’s why you can’t order. Most of the time the food is wrong or old. Night shift is worse than day shift both suck regardless though.
