I have a hard time with this one because the morning crew is typically great and really friendly. The guy who typically cashes me out in the morning is wonderful and great at his job. So I really can’t give this place a 1

However, I’ve given this place multiple chances in the evening and have been disappointed more often than not. I have a consistent order, mcchickens, no lettuce, add american cheese. It’s one thing if I’m not paying for the cheese, but I’m paying like a dollar per slice to be added onto the sandwich, so when it isn’t added on, especially when I see the ticket which clearly states “add american cheese”, it’s upsetting because I wasted money. It’s even more upsetting when I know whoever made this took the time to read “no lettuce” but ignored the thing I PAID for. I’m not going to have them remake it, I’m not going to sit in the drive-thru line and check both sandwiches, that’s ridiculous.

The thing that has finally pushed this over the edge was toasting the top of the bun to the point where it had a burnt taste, on both sandwiches. Never, from any mcdonalds, have I had anyone do that to a sandwich. I understand fast food cycles through employees fast so having consistent quality can be hard, but I’m just tired of basically wasting my money at this point. Maybe this is the universe telling me to stop eating like garbage.

Certain evening workers are friendly, others will basically toss your food at you. Idk, you’re flipping a coin with this location if you come in at any time that is not the morning.

This place is a joke. The short light skin bald head male manager needs an attitude adjustment. They gave me a snack wrap and the chicken wasn’t even as long as half of the wrap. I asked for a piece of real chicken, he says this is real chicken, with an attitude and as I was leaving the restaurant I turned around and he was staring at me. Terrible!

Needs a late night cleaning person for the restrooms. There is no way if the inside opens up at 6am and i arrive at 7am their bathroom shall look this nasty. Have seen this a couple of times to early in the morning

My daughters and I stopped in to grab a quick lunch. The place was clean and the atmosphere was bright. We stood there for awhile before we were serviced but it’s just because it was busy. The food took awhile but like I said, it was busy. I like this location.

My husband and I came to the drive-thru on a Wednesday night at around 10PM and ordered 6 medium coffees with a bag of sugar and creamer to go. We were having a tough night and had to take these coffees to the hospital for family. The staff had to brew the coffee fresh and then had to walk it out to our car in 2 trays with a bag absolutely loaded with sugar and creamer. They were as fast as could be with such an order so late at night, and the coffee was more of a comfort to the family in the waiting room than I can say. Thank you very much ❤️

Much like when your dad left to get cigarettes, this specific location is the “uncle” that just keeps coming around.

Order what you want and pay, get absolutely screwed when you find half the order is missing. Call to see what can ve done? Well, good luck there. If you do finally get someone, they won’t care. You’ll just be told “we’ve got new hires learning” and if you even dare to say the trainer needs to do better, you’ll be hung up on.

And unlike real places that care, no matter when you go (even if you’re the only one there and just ordered) you’ll get your cold food 10 minutes later.

I would only recommend this location to…..well nobody. There’s a better one ess than 1 mile west of here that takes pride (not much pride, but more than these people) in their “work”

I want to give no stars thats how Imuch I despise this place. I waited 5 to 10 mins on the first talk machine to try to get my order in. I kept saying hello and even said Hi to the camera. NOTHING, not even a ” Im sorry we are busy give us a moment” when I went tobthe front there was nobody in front of me, no one. Just me. I see the girl on the first window on her phone. Mind you I dont mind if you want to look at your phone when there down time but you have to be PROFESSIONAL and be ATTENTIVE. Becuase my time with the coupon I wanted to use apparently expired I couldnt bring up the code again, I had to WAIT. Im am really angry. All I wanted was a simple $2 fries with the coupon and 1 cheeseburger. I had a tough night and this just…..She didnt offer anything not even an apology for making me wait without a response. So unprofessional, while this place is close to me, im never coming back. Don’t go here unless you are planning to wait endlessly without response and only to see they aren’t attentive at all. We all have tough jobs, I work 3, regardless do your job right.

I’ve been coming to this location for years and it’s always the best. I’ve never received cold food or an item made incorrectly. Most of the time it looks just like the advertisement photos. The staff are always super nice, though I can’t say I’ve seen the same face twice. Interestingly from what I can tell, the Carpenter Rd location has the same franchise owner but it’s one of the worst I’ve ever been to. I’ve tried several times over the years and it’s just gotten worse, I threw out my coke after 2 sips. It must be a difference in the management, so give the Washtenaw Rd manager a bonus!

I would like to be fair and say that when I have been through on weekdays, the drive thru staff has been pleasant and polite. However, the Saturday morning crew is extremely rude, slow, and inaccurate. I waited a very long time in the drive thru for my mobile order, which I thought was understandable because it was a big order. Even though the young man only muttered the words “mobile” and “hash brown,” then proceeded to slam the door in my face when I asked if he had given me everything, I was not going to leave a negative review. When I got home I realized that things were missing, so I went back. I made the horrible mistake of entering the building. It was dirty. It was crowded. Every single customer was unhappy and being ignored. When I was finally able to get someone’s attention, I got a scoff and an eye roll for telling her that I was missing items from my order. I specifically told her what was missing. Obviously I am horrible for doing so, because that only elicited more eye rolling. She returned and shoved a bag at me. I told her that it wasn’t what I asked for. It wasn’t. She said it was. She told me to dump it out on the counter. I told her that she has got to be kidding.
To be clear, my original order had 8 sausage burritos. I asked for hot sauce with them. I received 7 and no sauce. I asked this young lady for one burrito and 8 hot sauces. I received one burrito, about 15 mild sauces, and 3 hot sauces. Apparently clarifying that I wanted hot sauce was the insult of the century. She was very angry that I wanted what I had ordered. She stomped away. Like a toddler. I left without what I asked for because this young lady was angry that I asked for the thing that I ordered and paid for.
On top of the horrible customer service from every direction, the dirty dining area, the angry atmosphere, and the general feeling of impending doom, the food was not even wrapped. Literally sandwiches loose in the bag because the employees can’t be bothers to fold paper on them. The paper is there, too, but it isn’t around the sandwich. Peak laziness. At least it was cold, too.

I hate writing bad reviews because I understand completely but I’ve tried MULTIPLE times going through the drive thru and nobody comes to the speaker. I sat there for 10-15 maybe even 20 mins today and not a word was spoken, eventually I had to drive off because why am I waiting this long? They weren’t even busy. Had the same issue last week too. It’s one of the only places open when I get out of work so it sucks. Anyway please fix that. <3 thanks
