Pulled in this morning I was the only one in line there definitely was no rush. I ordered the combo steak bagel and I got a totally burnt bagel no hashbrowns. The only thing they got right was the large Diet Coke, and if they were going to serve that, knowing what they serve, I was not going back through to get something else made.

We had a pretty big special order, 1 big Mac with extra sauce, 1 fillet o fish Xtra tartar, 1 quarter pounder with cheese no onions, 7 double cheeseburgers, and 3 large cokes. They were quick, courteous, and the food was hot and made exactly as ordered. I was impressed!! I don’t think I have had such a great experience at any fast food restaurants in all my years (besides that one at 12 mile and mound)- EVER!! Keep up the good work! I will definitely go out of my way to visit this particular McDonald’s location !!!

Not sure what happened to this store. But really rude and has gone down hill. When I go through the drive thru area, they just say “Ya what you want” or they don’t say anything for 2 minutes and when I finally say hello, I get “yeah?” this is usually the dinner crew or late afternoon. Takes forever to get my order. Food usually isn’t hot, barely warm. Just really sad that this location is the way it is now. Employees need to be retrained Expecially since working with the public.

Absolutely the worst service I have ever experienced in a drive through line. We waited 20+ minutes for THREE COOKIES; what the actual hell??? Doors were locked so we couldn’t even go inside. Don’t go to this location, even if you’re running behind and its “convenient” to work, because they will still make you late. You better believe i will be setting the time aside to call the complaints department when they open tomorrow on July 5th.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. One order at a time at drive thru, number 3 inline, and it takes 20 minutes to even order. Used to be one of the best, now you have to wait 5 minutes per order to even get to the speaker, and then it’s another 5 minutes at the window. No one has time in the morning to wait that long for poorly made orders. I have gotten some of the worst orders ever from this MCD.

Ordered on the app at like 2 am. Drove all the way there, waited in the drive through area for five minutes or so only to be told my order was not available due to “technical issues,” and that I’d have to call for a refund since I had already paid through the app. Ultimatly received the refund without having to call, but was thoroughly unimpressed by the experience.

Every time I come to this location, there is always some sort of inconvenience. I tried to make an order for pickup and when I went to pick up my food, all doors were locked. This caused Mlme to be a couple minutes late for work. Please work on this.
