I went through drive thru as usual and honestly I don’t know why I even bother. Sometimes I’m getting home late from work (construction) and I just want something quick and cheap. The food here is always cold and tasteless. I understand it’s fast food but at the very least it could be hot. There’s no way the burgers or fries that I got should be sitting as long as they did. The meat was cold, bun dry and cheese hard. The fries were definitely undercooked, soggy, limp and cold. The people operating drive thru are rarely friendly, barely speak through the speaker and when you say you can’t hear them they get disgusted. The only item you can count on being decent is the sprite and that’s because it’s already cold. Whoever the regional operations manager is for that district either needs to come there and do some serious training or be fired because they honestly don’t care. I don’t completely blame the employees as they probably only care as much as their boss does. McDonald’s you gotta do better. Won’t bother coming back here again. I’ve eaten my last soggy fry and cold burger.

I couldn’t believe how fast, friendly, and helpful the staff that was working there at the time of my visit (WAY better than they location on Hoover and 10 Mile). I received my order, under 3 minutes, and (I mean, all of my order) was HOT!!!! This was a first for me in, I can’t even remember. Thanks, McDonald’s employees, for an awesome memory of how FAST food was intended to be!!!! Amen ✨️

They forgot to give me my change. Didn’t realize till I pulled away and was almost home. Tried to call back up there and they said it was my fault for pulling away. It was only 95 cents. Like why would I try and Rip you guys off 95 cents. Seriously?? Billion dollar company couldn’t give me my change owed!?! Wow. Had receipt to prove it ands all they had to do was look at cameras. But nope. Just plain lazy.

I stopped in here for lunch ONLY because it was on my way to where I was working. I usually avoid this particular McDonald’s because 9/10 times the food is cold and made wrong. Needless to say, today was no different except the food was hot just made wrong and the service was AWFUL. They had multiple workers there and a few of them were just standing around laughing and chatting. Aside from the occasional glance at me waiting at the front counter, they didn’t acknowledge me in any other way. After about 5-8 minutes of standing there, a worker came to take my order and she definitely brought her attitude with her. She made me feel like me being there was an inconvenience to her. When she handed me my food I said thank you and didn’t get a response back from her. My coworkers wanted to stop at the same McDonald’s before work the next day. We were the only car in the drive thru. It was just after 7am and after waiting awhile at the drive thru ordering spot we end driving away because no ever came to take our order. As we pass the drive-thru pickup Windows you could clearly see workers in there. One was even standing outside the side door just past the pick up window, talking to someone in their car. Worst McDonald’s in Warren! Someone should let those rude workers know that they are not being FORCED to work there, if they don’t like their job or like being in customer service they are allowed to get a job elsewhere instead of being rude to customers.

They never get the order right and when you tell them they kinda act like it’s your fault. It’s dirty. Not to mention all the high school kids in there being very rude and disrespectful. Foods over cooked. Idk why they want $15-20 an hour for doing NOTHING RIGHT. The wait times are insane and they always deal with the drive thru first, I’ve waited 25 minutes before ANYONE took my order.

THE FLOOR WAS MOPPED AND WET SO WE WERE TOLD 10 MINUTES BEFORE IT WOULD BE DRY.
I’M GLAD I DIDN’T SUBMIT MY $30 ONLINE ORDER BECAUSE AFTER COMING FROM THE RESTROOM, WE WERE TOLD IT WOULD BE CLOSED FOR 30 MINUTES THEN WE WERE TOLD IT WAS CLOSED FOR THE DAY.
WHY HAVE A PLAYPLACE IF YOU’RE NOT GOING TO ALLOW CHILDREN TO USE IT?

The girls working at this McDonald’s are always really rude and dismissive. On multiple occasions I’ve stood waiting for 20 minutes before even being acknowledged or until every person in the store that isn’t white is helped first. Absolutely hate coming here!

We are kids they still our oder got to us immediately the food is a thing we came here two days in a row all by ourselves the atmosphere is so good especially the playground I love the play on it it’s just amazing in general and yeah the McFlurry are very good especially the oreo what is very good so thank you McDonald’s yipeeeeee
