My friends and I had an absolutely delightful time with our Shamrock Shakes and Coke Zero! ☘️ It’s become our favorite spring tradition to gather and enjoy these treats. Went inside and ordered at kiosk. Waited 15 minutes for nuggets and a large drink. Was given the wrong size and I ,as polite as I could, notified them it was the wrong size. Blonde manager up front scoffed and grumbled about giving them a second. They mark orders as complete on their order kiosk before done. They skip over in store orders in favor of drive thru. I have also seen an employee clean the drink fountain with blue degreaser. The one made blue specifically to indicate it is not for consumption. Avoid if possible. Not worth the hassle atm. The old managers were significantly better than this.

I went through drive thru and ordered a Quarter Pounder with Cheese with no ketchup. They didn’t seem to care about taking my order correctly. I got to the window and asked if they made it without ketchup. They said yes. I get home and there was ketchup. I go back and point it out. They make it again. I get home and there is still ketchup, but no cheese. I go back and point out that it has ketchup but no cheese. They said that I said no cheese. I tell them it was supposed to be no ketchup. I tell them to make it correctly. They slam the window in my face and tell me they are calling the police. I was frustrated, but I was not yelling, disrupting, or making a scene. I was just telling them to make the food the way I ordered and they refused, and told me they were calling the police. Needless to say, I am outraged they would treat a paying customer this way. It is not an exaggeration to say this was the worst service I have ever received at a restaurant.

The two women working the windows around noon on 1/25 had great customer service and were very pleasant to interact with. The woman working the first window was friendly and made sure my order was correct two separate times. The woman working the second window was really friendly as well and always had a smile on her face. Great customer service!

Avoid at all costs. Gotta be one of the worst mcdonalds in a 50 mile radius. Never ceases to amaze me at how slow and behind they are consistently. Even being the first car in line and ordering a mcchicken and mcdouble they somehow had to pull into a spot for them to bring it out. then they forget the ketchup I asked for and napkins. And couldn’t even slap the thing together correctly. See picture. What a joke.

Waited in line for over 20 minutes to pick up an Uber order. They served everybody in front of me, then I waited at the speaker for 5 minutes and they said “we closed” when I got to the front of the line. Tried to knock, no response. Absolutely ridiculous it says this location is 24 hours when it’s not. Wasted my time and made me lose money- this is my job. It is how I afford formula for my daughter. Going to make a formal complaint to corporate and file a report against the restaurant with the Uber app. Do better, and stop screwing over the delivery employees who use this money to feed our children.

I hate going to this McDonald’s I went there today and I had already payed for my food on the app but I pull up and nobody is answering for a good 10 minutes I then pull up to the window and wait another 5 minutes and I can see a headset sitting on the counter but finally a woman shows up and says “we aren’t taking any orders because we are short staffed” okay if you aren’t taking any orders put up a sign or something??? Maybe respond in the headset??? Better yet close the store??? Instead you are sitting there collecting a paycheck.

Terrible location! I was staying at a hotel in the area and did an online order. It said they were open 24 hrs on the app , we ordered around 3:30am and when we got there the guy that was working looked dead in my eyes and never came to the window. Clearly he didn’t feel like working tonight. Avoid location at all cost

I am sitting in the drive thru of McDonalds and the lady at the register was rude for no reason. Huffing and puffing while I was paying. As if I wasn’t paying fast enough. When I asked why was she upset when I am just the customer she proceeded to close the window on me and walked away. I’m sitting at the window and I’ve blown my horn 3x to get a managers attention and she is ignoring me. Very unprofessional.
