So the boyfriend went in and got 2 sausage biscuit. When I received them, it looked like someone smash it and put water on it. So I went in, lady ask what was wrong and took the sandwiches. Now I sat for 7 minutes until some lady ask her why I was here. Why I wait that long when yall messed up? I can’t stand mcdonalds anymore. Whole experience is horrible. They had like 10 people working. Wow!! And dont say this job is hard, I worked mcdonalds for a long time and the service yall give is unacceptable. Where’s that big man that a dm or something? Thats the only time they work right. Plus when they remade it, it still wasn’t right. I throw it on the TRASH!! Waste of money.

Pretty much every time I’ve ever ordered food at this location I get food that is way beyond cold. Old fries, old nuggets, old burger. Please stop serving people who pay money old food. I get it, I worked at McDonald’s once upon a time, but I always tried to serve customers food I would be happy to get myself. I think this may have been my last time going to this location. SMH.

NEVER PULL FORWARD IN THE DRIVE THROUGH!! They pulled me forward, I waited 15 minutes. I go inside and not a single person on their staff looked at me or asked me why I was waiting. Then one of the ladies went out to my car that was pulled forward. Didn’t look at me, didnt ask me why I was waiting. So I had to go back out to my car and tell her “Im right here”. Then they didnt remember my order. They asked my four times what I was waiting for. And the total time I waited was 25 minutes. NEVER pull forward. Tell them no.

If you’re not going to provide the bring to table service then don’t offer it. My son was in the playplace so I ordered on the app to have it brought to my table. Instead we waited well over 20 minutes for us to find that it had just been sitting on their counter waiting for us to pick it up. It’s bad enough they no longer have cashiers, now they can’t be bothered with walking the food up to a table either? The sandwiches were sloppy and lettuce was brown and cold by the time we got it I ordered 4 black peppers to come with my order and they threw in 3 salts and 1 pepper. How hard is it to do that. To make matters worse the play area is dirty and the bathrooms smell disgusting. It’s fast food but DO BETTER.

We had a order for 4 people we had to wait I understand but I guess I had to take one for the team. They said we had to wait for fresh meat but my double cheeseburger was old and over done, the bun was hard and the fries were over done too.

I have the three strikes with this McDonald’s every time I go the food has been sitting there so long dried out nasty and awful and it’s not the best service but if they’re a fake McDonald’s close down this place close down this is my third attempt I give up I live close by IF you go to John and 9 mile your food at McDonald’s is absolutely amazing. Totally different service today then I get during the week! I go to this location M-F in the morning for iced coffee-great service, friendly people. Today-Sunday, started off with a rude girl’s voice on the speaker saying, “What’s your order!” She got my order right after repeating it 3 times…. get to the pick up window, got handed an iced coffee that wasn’t mixed and looked pretty dark. ( I asked for extra cream)-handed it back and asked for more cream please. The girl added some, hands me the cup back with coffee and cream running down the side of the cup(the side I can’tsee). It got on my jacket, in my cupholder and when I asked for napkins, she gave me a crazy look….. maybe I’ll have to go somewhere else

I’m extremely disappointed with the condition of the play place at this McDonald’s (John R & 14 Mile, Madison Heights). During artic temperatures outside, the play area is the same temperature indoors — freezing cold and clearly not heated. This is unsafe for children and unacceptable for a family-oriented restaurant.
It feels like the owners don’t care to invest in their location, choosing instead to reap as much profit as possible while ignoring basic safety and comfort. But in doing so, they’re losing out on business — the majority of families have lost a reason to spend their money here.
Redirecting complaints to corporate is just a runaround, especially since this location is independently owned (most likely by multiple partners vs an actual family that takes pride in their business) . Parents expect accountability and a safe, habitable environment for their kids, not excuses. Until this is fixed, I cannot recommend this location.

My daughter and I went to this McDonald’s. So we order chicken nuggets. First, we asked if we could order the counter, they said yes.So we sat there for approximately about 3to5 minutes. And the young girl with the dyed colored hair very, very petite, said that no order at the kiosk. Okay, so we go to the kiosks. We order then. We try to get ice for our cups. The machine had no ice. So they bought the ice from the back. The girl that was sweeping The main lobby area was holding to the broom with those gloves. And the other lady and they scooped the ice with her hands. When they were holding the broom, a dirty broom, while they were cleaning the whole area and a RAG with chemicals on it. Then, they scooped the ice back into the machine. So I said to the taller lady, I said, miss what is going on and I explained it to her, and she said to the other lady, which is I’m assuming the manager is a small girl with the dyed hair and said, oh, nothing here. He doesn’t even know what he’s talking about.And I was like, wow, and i’m i’m looking at this place and then I asked for a side of ketchup, and they just dumped it in the in the six piece thing instead of putting it in the container.And i’m just saying to myself the most uncleansiest mcdonald’s at the time we were there.But never again i’m like, wow, mcdonald’s is really dropping the ball and I used to like mcdonald’s my family.And I, it’s just now, it’s like becoming horrible.I mean, even the bathroom’s unacceptable.It was just and the manager had no management skills.I’m sorry, mcdonald’s, but this is where it’s at…. Also, they’re giving out coloring things for the kids.But no crayons, so my daughter’s like, how do we draw on these booklets?If there’s no crayons, so next time we’ll just bring our crayons with us
