Door Dashed some food while watching some football.
Nuggets were golden, crispy & honestly, if they were always this good I would weigh 200 plus pounds.
Also worth noting, Strawberry shake machine was working, grrlfriend was pleased.
Order was correctly made, hot & I wish I could pick this location more from with in the McDonald’s app when ordering.

Ordered my food like normal and was asked to pull forward. Ok, cool. Ive worked fast food before I understand how it works. Well waited 10 minutes for my order and they missed part of it. So I get my kid out of the car and walk in, not aggressive or mad because I get it. I was greeted by the rudest front counter person. First she told me I was lying. So I showed her my receipt and then she told me to calm down. Ok I wasn’t mad until you told me to calm down when I wasn’t even upset. You called me a liar and I still wasn’t even upset. The gentleman who got me the rest of my order was nice. If you want customers who regularly come there to keep going, maybe be nicer. And if you hate your job that much, get a new job. Do not recommend going here. Just overall a terrible experience.

Unless you want food poisoning and little to no remorse, do not I repeat do NOT order from here. My 5 year old at half of a RAW.. yes, I said RAW McCHICKEN!!! All they offered was my money back, and I’m stuck being concerned now that my daughter is going to get a food illness.

Ordered thru kiosk and the kiosk did not print out a receipt. I spoke with employee about the receipt she assured me they got the order anf were working on it. Later found out this lady was the manager. As I waited a couple cam in ordered some of the same food I ordered. Recieved it, ate it, then left before I was even thought about. Once I asked again for receipt I was given a crumpled up receipt with other customer credit card info real smart. Finally got my food and receipt 35 minutes later. Food cold, could not eat it, and they for got the BBQ sauce for chicken. While waiting manager 1 was on her phone 5alking with other customer about 16 mile store and who they mutually knew. Manger 2 as it was told to me was sitting next to me in a booth with a gentleman taking orders thru drive thru all while I wait for my food. I will never be back and tell everyone I know about this.

i had a pretty easy order it was not complicated, multiple people started talking in the mic when i was taking my order it was very obnoxious. When i got to the first window i asked the lady to split the bill in half for two different payments and she charged all payments to one card and then proceeded to say she “oops sorry couldn’t do it” and they’ve done it multiple times at this location before. and then they had me pull to the curb to get my food and it was still cold when i received it. i do not recommend this place.

Despite the recent negative reviews, we went to this location & used the drive thru. We were pleasantly surprised! Each staff member was friendly and upbeat. Specifically, the man working the pick up window was so smiley and positive. He let us know their Coke was being swapped out which takes a few minutes so he offered us another drink but we chose to wait in the side spot until it was ready. It did only take a couple of minutes & tasted great!
The fries were excellent, perfectly crispy and the burger tasted classic. I’m only giving 4 stars because they gave us 9 nuggets instead of 10 and they were slightly bland.
Overall, we were happy with this location and felt compelled to leave a positive review after seeing all the negative ones! This was also on Memorial Day when one would expect staffing shortages, traffic, etc.

2 mcdoubles and a big mac completely plain
They came out to bring our food forgot all the fries plus Mc double n mchchicken came back out with 4 fries no sandwiches and then finally bring other 2 sandwhichs and i get home
Big mac completely plain just the meat n bun my exact words and of course it had cheese and mac sauce and the fries were ice cold wow is all I can say

My mother and I came here to get two large fries, two drinks, a big mac, and a six piece chicken nugget. We had ordered on the app expecting to get all our food, but instead we were missing food items. The workers were rude as well. When we got to the first window the girl ignored us. When we got to the second window the girl was rude and she parked us. We had to go in to even get our food and we were given an attitude for a lack of communication which wasn’t our fault. In the end we left with cold foods and feeling upset at the disrespect we were treated with.
