Love this McDonald’s and specifically the kids area as I have two little one. It’s always clean and I love that there’s a family bathroom. I drive 20 min out of the way to come here often. Great job, crew!

I have never once received my order correctly here.
Clearly the staff don’t understand sauce goes into the bag with the customer’s order.
Missing drinks, missing sauces, items are missing toppings and have toppings they shouldn’t have.

Cashier was told to stop taking orders until the drive through and inside customer orders were caught up. So we stood and waited. Each order that came up, and are usually taken to the table, the manager yelled out ” no. 123 come and get your food, we can’t bring it to you “. It wasn’t that busy and I felt there were plenty of staff working. Let’s not talk about 3 of the 5 orders were wrong. We just ate and left.

I absolutely love the morning crew during the week!!! The ladies at the window and taking your order are so pleasant and kind and smiling and happy in the morning!!! And after a long night of work that is so nice to see!!!! I also love the kind teenagers that work there in the afternoon when I asked to make sure that the sauce is in the bag they always check never have an attitude. Overall love everything about this McDonald’s which I cannot say about other McDonald’s in the area!!!

This is one of the worse McDonalds this is. They never fill the fries and always short the sandwiches there condiments. (Ketchup, tartar sauce, Ranch)

They are messing around inside, only taking one order at a time. And not taking another order until you get your order through at the window. Because it seems like they don’t want to work hard. All we did was get two drinks and the sweet tea had no tea just sugar. They were looking at it and wondering if they should give it out and they still gave it out to us knowing it was wrong.

There was a huge long hair in my sisters cheeseburger. It was cooked inside of the cheese. It was nasty. Some of the workers were not wearing hair nets. They weren’t the nicest when we asked for another cheeseburger. I also got ranch for my chicken nuggets in the ranch was open. I am not very pleased.

I mobile ordered 3 monopoly things then was argued with my some young man about how they only come on certain things and I told him that’s not what my app said when I ordered them then proceeded to not give me my third monopoly piece and then tell me I’m only allowed to have two mobile orders per one vehicle I hope they fix this
