This place is probably one of the cleanest if not cleanest McDonald’s I’ve ever been too. I had a few monopoly pieces, had no idea how to use them. VERY nice younger woman, I’m assuming she was a manager went above and beyond to help me on the app with my phone. Was so polite and kind and patient. Not the usual fast food experience. 10/10.

First off I need to establish that the customer service was great! However, I ordered the new golden McCrispy chicken sandwhich as it looked satisfying, yet what I got in return was something horrifying. The sandwhich was dry, with the tiniest overcooked chicken patty that could pass as a deep-friend boot. There was barely any sauce and the meal cost me over $12. For $12 I expect whats advertised on the pictures, not a dry, flat, overcooked phony. I’m disappointed McDonalds, you keep breaking my heart.

Tonight, November 26th, l went through the drive thru at 6:31. I was asked to pull into spot 2. Waiting on fries. Twelve minutes go by, after several cars have passed on through. I called and remembered them l was still waiting. The rude worker said, “let me check”. Six minutes go by, l call back and the same person answered. I said still in spot 2. He said, “listen. I am going to refund your money AND don’t ever come back”! I go into the restaurant and ask for a manger. The kid who spoke like that was the manager, Jeremiah! He told me “Here’s your refund and some coupons. Use them down the street”! When l said you are the manger his response, laughing “Yeah. So! I read reviews about this McDonald’s and with a manager like Jeremiah, l can see why you are at a 3 star…

Needing a quick meal during the Holiday Season, McDonald’s is always a comfortable and solid choice! I always get the Big Mac Combo, and it NEVER disappoints! The price of the combo was recently reduced by corporate, and I fully support that decision! We had a very pleasant dining experience as always!

Not a single thank you through drive thru, kid at the pick up window says “pull up to 1”, no please, no “can you?”, again no thank you. Finally get my food. No napkins in the bag and the picture is my “large” fry. This is probably the fifth time I’ve gone to this location, and every time it’s like this. Teach your employees customer service, geez.

I went through the drive through at 2:30 today . When the guy opened the window to hand me my coke, a strong smell of pot was on his arm, my coke container and even the straw smelled so strong. I had to smell that from fort gratiot all the way back to Harbor Beach. I stopped and got rid of the Coke and straw wrapper . Obvious the guy had just smoked a lot and didn’t wash up when he came in to work. I know it’s legal but it was still disgusting and I will never go back

Great open and welcoming environment,clean & well maintained (new modern McDonald cookie cutter look) Management and crew very hospitable and welcoming; they also play a personal part in enforcing/practicing social distancing guidelines by asking guest’s to be seated while they personally bring you’re order to the table. All in all this is the first McDonald’s that I have been to in a LOONNGG time where I did not have a rediculous wait ,nor where I had to worry about ANYTHING KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK GUYS you’re maintaining the image of a FAST FOOD RESTAURANT.

This place once was awesome. Now n days it’s surely not fast food and most definitely not accurate. But what really gets me is being give separate items as they come. I went to fast food for fast service and most certainly didn’t want to split my meal this place sucks
