I place an order at or around 5pm at this McDonald location
I receive my order I’m hungrily eating French Fries out of the bag of food that I ordered or so I thought
I’m asking the worker at the window for some Ketchup as I look through the bag to make sure they put the sweet and sour sauce I ordered for my daughter in the bag I’m not finding it but I’m also wondering why the worker won’t give me the ketchup I’m continually asking her for as if she’s not hearing or seeing me.
Apparently within this time that IM WAITING ON KETCHUP, and still looking through the bag eating my fries SHE REALIZES that she apparently gave me someone else’s order
“again I’m hungrily eating and dropping French fries out of my mouth into the bag” im multi-tasking lookin for this sweet and sour sauce and waiting on this ketchup.
she RUDELY ask me if that’s my order?? I’m in my car, in drive through, and yes you gave me the bag I didn’t steal it, yes it’s my order that is until I’m no longer focused on getting the ketchup and sweet and sour sauce and look through the bag for her.
I checked the bag and realized that I don’t even have the chicken nuggets let alone the sauce I’m looking for.
those two items at the bottom are wraps and not my strawberry cream pies. She’s asking for the bag back as I’m eating the fries out them and then snatches the bag as I’m handing it to her. She is UNAPOLOGETIC EVEN after I tell her personally that she snatched the fries as I was eating them.
She didn’t acknowledge me or what I said or the terrible customer experience that I’m having at this point.
I even tried to holler through the window to tell her and the other associate not to “try” to give those fries I had eaten on to the customer behind me and pass them off as fresh. Neither of them acknowledged me. I was so frustrated at the time I didn’t think to try to let the customer behind me know about what was happening or had happened to their order.
I am confident this is all recorded on the company cameras . The managers including the district manager and corporate office should investigate this health code violation and health and safety hazard to the public as I am sure this is not the only such incident. I am concerned about making any future purchases at that location.
the grossest part of all of this as she and another employee discussed how to deal with that order, I see her take the box of fries out but leave the sandwich wraps (never mind that there are probably fries at bottom of the bag that I touched or grabbed out of the fry box she replacing.
I do not appreciate that they simply replaced the fries and handed that contaminated order off to the unsuspecting customer behind me in drive through. I would be disgusted if it were me to know that I’d just been given food that someone else had rustled through, touched and even eaten off
I also have cats, so afterward I worried if the customer who received that bag/food order might be allergic to cat dander; definitely a health and safety hazard
And I remembered there are two family members in the home who are sick with colds…. my household germs and possibly any saliva on the fries that I dropped back into the bag when she requested the fries as I was EATING THEM
The disappointing part, also part of the reason I’m writing this review is due to the DISPOSITION of the employee at the window. Her lack of accountability and disregard for health and safety standards show she should not be working in the food industry. Actually she should no longer be employed at McDonald’s as her behavior and actions are beyond the scope of a reprimand or warning.
Last but not least I still felt inclined to check the new order given to me there was no sweet and sour sauce which is a MUST for my daughter and she had not put in the ketchup, she seemed to be irritated and I believe she sarcastically said anything else
I called the store and spoke to the manager, David he was aware of the situation and the of the employee. He listened patiently to my concerns.
When I ordered table service it means you should give me my food served on a tray!
I ordered table service twice, they called my table number and leave my food in a bag, I tried to ask them for a tray they acted like they don’t hear me!!
This place is horrible with service!
As far as food..
The oil needs to be changed frequently, the fries taste bitter because of the old oil they use!
This isn’t a complaint about mcdonalds but the parking lot surrounding the mcdonals is atrocious
