The food here has been consistently made fresh. I live over 10 miles away i come out of my way to go here. I pass multiple locations and this one by far exceeds my expectations. Today not only was our food fresh but the service was impeccable as well. I have never had a bad experience here but the manager Kara deserves to be recognized as a outstanding team member. She greeted every person with a friendly smile, and courteous demeanor. She was hustling around to make sure food was brought to tables, outside to cars in the drive thru, door dash/Uber drivers were respected. This is BY FAR the best McDonald’s in Macomb County! This is not my normal to give a 5 star review but I wanted Kara and hopefully the folks above her, to know that my husband and I seen how hardworking and the pride she takes in her job. She was leading by a great example.

I was picking up an order from this location and wanted to commend the staff. I have never been treated and spoke to so kindly. I wish I knew the one employees name. It was Friday January 23 at approximately 4:30pm. This beautiful soul made my day and she doesn’t even know. She was training a new employee. She should be acknowledged for her efforts. I will go out of my way to go to the North River Rd, Mt Clemens, MI.

Stopped in for a quick bite and order to go but we had sat down. The lady running the front dinning room brought us our drinks and food and was just so friendly and kind! Absolutely great service and attention to detail as it was kinda busy for her when we got here. Wish I caught her name but what a stellar experience!

Sooo.. I ended up at this McDonald’s because my car overheated and broke down on the highway. It had to be towed.. from this parking lot. I ended up having to catch an Uber home from here. My better half and I got a couple sandwiches and split a drink while we waited.. the Uber got there first. The manager was super nice and offered to let us leave the keys to the car being towed with her.. until the tow truck got there, so we didn’t have to wait around and waste anymore time .. Talk about going he extra distance. Definitely recommend this McDonald’s. Their customer service goes well past the norm here.

I ordered 2 mc chickens and a slushy i get back to work start to eat my food and it is raw then i call for a replacement because i only have a short lunch break and I’m told i have to come back up right now to get a replacement but i don’t have enough time , then i get hung up on by the employee. Normally i go here cause their great but not today it was horrible and now what happens if i get sick from this ? The person on the phone sounded like they didn’t care i got a oh I’m sorry and laughs in the back ground, i was a general manager at a fast food location and this is now how you treat a paying customer! Its unbelievable and so rude!

I watched a lot of employees circulate through this McDonald’s by living near for the past almost 3 years. What I do know is consistency and a friendly face when I see one, this is one of the most noble and honorable fast food food McDonald’s franchisees that I’ve ever went to. I’m not an easy customer to please and they do what they’re supposed to here. Provide a customer with a happy service

Usually this place gets it right but today was not the day. The Big Mac is McDonald’s iconic sandwich yet someone couldn’t figure out to make it properly. Just threw the second patty on top of the first, then middle bun, then top bun. Isn’t there a picture there to assist?
