Waited in drive thru for about 15 minutes with no other car infront of me I placed an order on the app and still waited that long I drive about 5 minutes home sit down to eat and the first thing I notice is my fries are cold and old I had a ranch snack wrap and it had more ranch than chicken in it tastes disgusting. Bought a mcchicken and there’s more mayo on the outside of the sandwich than inside the sandwich it was also cold. And a big Mac that was also cold and had a pickle hanging out of the box. It might be the worst experience at a fast food restaurant ive ever had.

Door Dashed a double fish filet and received a single. Called and spoke with manager and was told they could only send me coupons(they have messed up my order in the past and I was told this from another manager..never received coupons) so I asked if I was able to come in tomorrow to get the correct sandwich I ordered. Not the full meal. Not a refund, just the correct sandwich. I was then told I would have to come in the same day which I then told said manager I door dashed for a reason. I was then told to contact DoorDash since it’s a 3rd party. The problem with that is that it was not Door Dashes mistake. It was the staffs mistake.

Messed up order, won’t fix! Feel ripped off!!
I wrote full review a few days back and it’s not posted anymore! Score was a 3.1 before the review, and as soon as I posted a 1 star review, the score jumped up to a 3.5? How? Mine is the last review. Something shady here!! They said on phone about when owner comes in this week, coupon would be issued….LIES!
Never heard back from them and if you check other’s reviews, you can see a pattern of not issuing them. I checked that I got a bag, but it seems to me that it was on purposely placed in a smaller bag to cram it all so so that it couldn’t be fully checked until you can dump it all out to check if each sandwich is made correctly, as they rush you through the drive through. Read the other reviews! Someone said that they didn’t get chicken in their chicken sandwich!
It’s not too much to expect a non special sandwich, nor hot, not limp, fries!!!
Where the hell is management?

No way to get resolution, just passed the buck!!!

I used to love this McDonald’s, however, not so much anymore. I ordered. 2 breakfast sandwiches and 2 hashbrowns on Uber Eats and they only packed two sandwiches!!!! My full order is literally taped on the receipt on the bag that says two breakfast sandwiches two hashbrowns. I really don’t understand how hard it is to pack an order. And it’s frustrating because Uber Eats doesn’t want to give you your money back so you waste seven dollars on two hashbrowns absolutely not! But they want to get over $15 an hour to work at a fast food restaurant and you can’t put orders in the bag correctly. How does this make sense?

Every single time I visit, without fail there are 1 or more issues with my order. I can’t eat onions so I order my items with NO onions, and EVERY time there are onions. Our food is always a mess, and usually cold. I ordered a sweet tea this morning with LIGHT ice, and the kind lady who took my order read my order back to me correctly including my drink with light ice. When I got my drink at the second window, it was filled more than halfway with ice. I just don’t understand the difficulty of getting even a drink order correct. This is the only location in this area that I continuously have these issues with; despite talking to the manager(s) on multiple occasions, and nothing changes.

One of the worst McDonald’s ever! I stood there for 5 minutes, kept saying hello, no one paid me any attention. I was trying to put in an order. They were all laughing and giggling like children. Stay away!

I ordered two double cheeseburgers minus mustard and pickle and they give me a dry old patty hard buns and enough mustard for 20 sandwiches. It’s very frustrating because I stopped eating McDonald’s over a year ago after they too messed up my order. It’s annoying so don’t waste your money on fake food people they don’t even care to make it properly or fresh and why I’m don’t wasting my own money. Stay blessed and retrain your workers they are unpleasant and rude and do bare minimum. If I operated my business like you guys I’d be out of business!

They no longer use the outside lane in the drive thru even when it’s open. Be prepared to go to the window to order after they serve 5 other customers who used the inside lane. Dude had a bad attitude at the first window also. This place has definitely gone downhill.

McDonald’s has lost its way. They used to have excellent food, excellent architecture, and good prices. Now every color is gone in their building and the food is not good anymore. Whoever redesigned their buildings needs to be fired for their poor designs.
