Worst service ever. Sat at the first window as asked by the drive thru worker, no one showed up. Went to the first pick up window, there were 4 employees sitting there, on their phones, yelling back and forth about some drama going on. Took a few more minutes to get our food. After we got it, we had to wait again as the person working the window went back to talking before asking what else we needed. We still needed our drinks, all the while she was holding our straws in her hand.

I will never be back the worst McDonald’s !!! it’s no way I will ever pay for anything like this again I have pick up orders most of time I have order a medium cup for a smoothie or any specialty drink it’s always a medium cup cause that’s what I order It’s barely to the fill line the smoothie was all over the cup on the outside he didn’t even try to clean the cup ! I go there often but this will be my last time never go here save your time this location sucks

I never thought I’d have to write something like this. But there is no reason why I take my 3 yr old daughter into the bathroom and she looks at me asking me why is there a guy in here? I look behind me and there is a man in women’s clothes. I DONT HAVE A PROBLEM IF YOU WANNA WEAR GIRL CLOTHES BUT USE THE RIGHT BATHROOM!! Little girls use this bathroom. Unacceptable!! McDonald’s do better!!!

The mgr was chasing out some guys outside
The cashier had attitude
We all wasted a whole 30 min break waiting on the food.
Get your people together.
Listening to the others waiting this is the norm.
I would definitely recommend a GM or the owner just do a pop-up in plain clothes.

I placed an order at 9am at the drive thru. Was asked to round up by $.47 because they claimed they did not have any change. Either this is the most mismanaged restaurant or someone is running game on the customers. Either way the owner of the franchise should be looking into it. This store always has bad service to begin with but now there is this nonsense . I won’t be returning unless the owner personally reaches out to assure me that it has been resolved.

I wrote directly to the owner on 4/17/23 with the first picture letting them know that I wasn’t able to eat my breakfast that day. No response. Today is 4/19/23, and the second picture is what I received today. I go to this location because it’s close to my work, but I’ll be choosing a different location in the future. I shouldn’t have to go hungry because your workers are serving food that they wouldn’t eat themselves.

Ordered 2x Big Macs via DoorDash. I had one about 2 weeks ago that was put together in a crazy fashion – missing the center bun totally. I thought it was a fluke until I received my order tonight. Not just one, but BOTH Big Macs were assembled incorrectly the patties were placed together between the bottom and center bun, and the tops were just placed on top. One of them even had sauce placed over the top of the Big Mac. I was able to eat them without the top bun, but how hard is it to assemble a Big Mac!? See photos…

I do not, i repeat, do not recommend this mcdonalds. I did a mobile order, A happy meal, which, by the way, was supposed to have a 6 piece chicken nuggets in it, and it must have been invisible because it was missing. Got the apple slices, toy, fries, and ranch dressing. Disappointed a 3 year old by having no chicken nuggets inside that box. My burger bun was slightly burnt. The chicken sandwiches were way overcooked. My Carmel coffee was missing Carmel. Also, I ordered a spicy chicken and got a normal chicken sandwich. I had bad food the first time I came here but I always give someone the benefit of the dought. Yep, they messed up my food twice. I called and the young lady on the phone was very, very friendly, so thank you for being nice.
