Online/Google Maps they claim to be 24 hours. I’ve visited on at least 3 occasions between 11pm – 11:45pm and the drive-thru is blocked off with cones.

Placed a mobile order for my boyfriend and I and he picked it up. They were missing my 10pc nugget. My boyfriend went back up there to get the missing 10pc and they were asking for a receipt even though we had a screenshot of the mobile order and picked it up less than an hour prior. They gave my boyfriend an insanely hard time and claimed there weren’t any orders with our order code since 10pm and basically tried to gaslight him. My boyfriend had to argue with them to get a damn 10pc replaced that we never received. What the hell are they smoking in there?

Ordered food at the drive-thru, paid, was told to pull around front to wait for “fresh fires”. Waited 10 minutes, watched 8 other cars pull out of the drive-thru. Brought my food out to me, I tried to ask about my drink, but the associate just walked away. Went inside, waited for 5 minutes at the counter where an associate just walked past me. Finally just gave up, left my food on the counter, vowing to never give McDonalds money again.

the worst mcdonalds in the area. i’ve ordered multiple times from here and they’ve gotten my order wrong the last 3 times. it consistently takes over 20 minutes to get your food (mind you i’m usually only ordering hot cakes and sausage), they run out of items constantly, and then they don’t refund you when they do run out (most recently, they ran out of sausage and would not give me my money back for the sausage). horrible. keep trying to give chances but i will not be eating here ever again

This McDonalds likes to cancel orders for no reason and then lie about issuing a refund, effectively defrauding their customers. They’ll respond to reviews by sending you a customer care link knowing corporate won’t do anything, as all decisions or action regarding things like refunds are up to the franchisee to resolve. Don’t let them steal your hard earned money too.

It’s 3:00am and this 24 hour location is closed, I have orders to pick up for deliveries and personal and the store is not serving food it’s staffed just lock and blocked smgdh.
When the store is open and serving food the food is not hot or fresh.
They don’t bring your food outside curbside like you ordered it.

I ordered on the mobile app. I ordered a vanilla coffee which is a $2 upcharge. Paid the delivery fee and tipped. I got a frozen lemonade instead. I get if they are out of coffee but why was I allowed to spend extra money on something that’s not available? I wasted time and money doing this. They can’t refund mobile orders because it’s third party. The only thing I can do is drive to go get the right thing (which they obviously don’t have) and waste not only my time and gas but also the money I spent on delivery bc it defeats the whole purpose. I will take this review down if y’all give me my money back or send me the shit I actually wanted.

McDonald’s well it’s OK the bathrooms always nasty. Sometimes you get decent register person and sometimes they can have a nasty attitude. Depending on what side of the bed, they woke up on to help you in the morning. I wouldn’t take my family there.
