Forgot items that were ordered, including sauce. Wanted to charge me for them until I showed receipt. Bit into my burger and it was raw! No apology. Everyone working here acted miserable. Eat at your own risk.

Service is one of the tops. Plus I saw a handicapped person working here which means a lot and giving them the opportunity in life. Most companies found out people with disability are better workers. My wife and I had stopped here for breakfast, it was prime stopping time. Lines were long, with lots customers wanting delicious breakfast. The line moved quickly and we were served politely but with speed. We did have to pull forward to one of the parking spots to wait for a biscuit sandwich. We literally pulled in and the staff was walking out with our order already. All of our modifications to sandwichs were correct! Great job staff! Everyone was extremely friendly and seemed happy to be there!

Once upon a time, this McDonald’s was a well-oiled machine. Orders were hot, correct, and came out faster than you could say “extra fries.” It was honestly suspicious how smooth things ran—like they had a secret team of burger ninjas operating behind the scenes.
But now… enter Mean Granny. She’s at the window like a fast food villain, mocking your order like you just asked for lobster bisque. Not a smile in sight—just pure judgment. She actually yelled at me for placing multiple orders to use our expiring rewards. Ma’am, we’re just trying to responsibly redeem our digital chicken nuggets before they vanish into the app abyss.
Lately, orders are more like a game of “What Did We Forget Today?” Get home, half the food’s missing. Call up? They say, “Come back now or… too bad.” I offered a reasonable alternative: just jot my name down for next time. Manager said, “We don’t do that.” Oh, you don’t do customer service either?
Now we’re just sitting in the drive-thru for what feels like the length of a feature film—whether there’s a line or not. Orders are wrong, slow, and apparently made with the energy of a sleepy sloth on break.
To be fair, there are a couple of decent humans still working there. You’ll know who they are because they actually wish you a great day instead of just shoving the bag at you like you’re interrupting their evil plot.
Do better, McDonald’s. I miss the old you.

Won’t return. Baby station screwed shut and they told me I could use a cardboard box or garbage bag to change my baby on. Seriously? The staff is great, the owner sucks. Yes I’ve met the man. The changing table being screwed shut is an ada violation, and I will report it. My poor baby. Glad I had my hoodie.
