Absolutely the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. I added bacon on my sandwich and didn’t get it so called them and got another one the next day ALSO without bacon. Seems like almost everytime I add bacon it’s never on my sandwiches. Breakfast nor dinner. Definitely not satisfied with this location

I come to our local Monticello McDonald’s, maybe twice a year because service is absolutely the worst
Today is my second time being here for 2025. I ordered a Double cheeseburger only
I drove forward and I paid
And I drove forward to the second window to pick up my order for them to ask me to please pull up and wait for my food.
Not trying to be disrespectful, but it’s a hamburger joint and All I ordered was one ham hamburger
there’s no reason I should have to pull forward and wait.

Surprisingly bright and clean for this typically below average chain, very friendly and well managed staff was hussling through multiple orders nonstop during my hour here, and I noticed many enjoying their lunch. I got a quick order in through the screen, curious why I needed to specify a table number when they were not bringing orders to the table? I really wish they would modernize the cafe options. Soy milk, lower sugar options, personal cup discounts, and more would give McDonald’s a desperately needed fix for some nutritional and modern perks. I did enjoy my caramel macchiato for the value, large size. It is extremely sweet and lacking any balance with espresso. Thankful Monticello has a decent coffee selection!

Had all the big wigs sitting there. Had the employee scraping the ice machine without the proper tools and and supply. To the store you need lime removal to remove the white stuff off the ice machine. Also employee we as stand on the table where your sodas are presented by you.

Recently remodeled, we placed our order via a kiosk, but we still had to get in line at the counter for no explicable reason. It wasn’t that busy, but no one acknowledged us or helped direct us. Our burgers weren’t hot, but the fries were fresh. Floor in the ladies room was wet and dirty. Overall, not up to the standards we expect from McDonalds.

I’ve never had a WRETCHED latte before today! It used to be if you screwed up the order, you remake it. Apparently, not here!! That latte had chunks in it!!! VILE! This person should be fired!!

i have never been to such a horrible mcdonald’s, this lady was rude right off the bat…i was friendly when giving her my order but she just had a straight up attitude…when my mom ordered her meal she got even more aggressive for literally no reason…we gave her a Mcdonald’s Code from the app for some free large fry’s…she took the code and it even showed up on the screen and on our phones, when we pulled up to pay she was rude too…to make matters worse when we finally grabbed our food we were missing half our order…we also saw that the lady (shown in the picture) took off our code so we wouldn’t get our fry (this was also confirmed by another employee working there) we basically got accused of lying about some of our food and drinks missing… all in all this was a horrible experience… everyone needs to do better here except for the one young lady who was truthful about the situation
