Stopped in for breakfast on a Sunday morning and ordered on the kiosk. The food was ready pretty quickly and made correctly. We ate in the lobby which was clean, and even the restroom was clean. I’ve been to this location in the past with a good experience as well.

Ordered sauce on the kiosk and the sauce was free. But when i went to get the sauce. They said they had to charge me for it. If that is the case. Why havent you updated your kiosk to charge me for the sauce. Get it together. Because there is no reason I should be able to order all the sauce and then get told I have to pay for it after I order it. And to top this off. I get home and they didnt even complete my order. So explain to me why it so hard to work in fast food. I’ve worked in fast food. It is not this difficult.

Corporate office refuses refund, stating it was the store’s perogative.
Store management has refused, stating it wasn’t their fault it took 27 mi utes to find my order.
Ordered a large fry and a soda, for curbside. I waited 27 minutes. I could not wait any longer. I had to leave. I called to cancell my order and request the order be refunded. The manager who answered took nearly as long to find my order and tell me he couldn’t do anything to help, then I assume he laid the phone down, because he refused to speak after that.

Although I’m not a huge fan of fast food OUR Crawfordsville south McDonald’s is THE friendliest and CLEANEST fast-food restaurant there is!!
Steven,Sean, and John keep it that way, restrooms included,ladies you know how important that is for us!!!
We’re always welcomed with a friendly greeting, and a smile. They actually acknowledge that they know we come there nearly every day at 11:00 for my husbands French fry fix!! Lol
This is a huge community gathering place. Every time we’re there we see the same repeat customers from our community, in that brief moment of our day we are reminded of how important just being friendly and kind is! It’s got good vibes!!

I was extremely impressed by the interaction I had at the drive Thru on Sunday October 17th at 3:55pm. The young gentleman taking my order was in such a cheerful mood, it made the boring process of ordering McDonald’s a really engaging experience, the employee was telling me about how good the limited edition pumpkin pie was. I would I have never ordered the pumpkin pie if I hadn’t been sold on it by how well this employee described it, he made me want the pie! I was in shock after my first bite, the pumpkin pie had some whip cream in it, it was all the right mixture and temperature.
Who ever took this order for me, you have a genuine salesman skill, keep up the great work my guy!
I would post a picture of the wonderful pumpkin pie, but I gobbled it down so quickly!

The people filling the order cheated us out of two bags f cookies and a lg fry. Talked to manager and she wouldn’t take our word without a receipt. I wouldn’t be calling if the order was right. My husband had trouble with the order at the window when he went thru. We’ll never go there again. The food was shitty to start with

Did you guys get new owners or something? Cause this time the drive thru cashier was on it. He was polite, patient, and gave us tons of ketchup! He had our drinks made as soon as we pulled up. He had us cashed out and ready to go within 30 seconds! Fastest time yet at this McDonald’s! AND as a BONUS, the food was hot off the burners! Impressive!!

Had $5 meal double burger. Was dry, no condiments at all. Chicken nuggets were ok but sauce was miserable….flavor was off. Root beer was very good but will not be having this meal again.
