Looking forward to Savvy Burgers opening so I will never visit this store again. A simple order of a sausage biscuit add cheese hash brown and orange juice. Got a sausage biscuit no cheese even though the cheese was on the tag and no hash brown. Found this out when I got all the way home and had to go all the way back to the store to get what I paid for. This is too easy guys train your people please for your other customers that may still keep going there. Now add that they took the sausage biscuit just threw a slice of cheese on it and called it good on putting cheese on my cold sausage biscuit.

Ordered a doordash with their buffalo ranch chicken sandwich. Fries wee barely filled, which im used to wo it wasnt a big problem. But then I opened the sandwich and saw the most depressing looking sandwich ever. Disappointing, even for McDonald’s.

Came in tonight around 9:20 PM, and I could tell the team was short staffed. Our order was initially messed up, but the manager on duty handled it perfectly. She apologized sincerely, stayed calm under pressure, and immediately had our food remade fresh.
Despite being busy, she and the staff were kind, respectful, and professional. The fresh food was hot and correct, and we left feeling taken care of.
That manager truly deserves recognition — and honestly, a raise — for how she handled a stressful shift with grace. Customer service like that is rare these days.

Waited 15 minutes for 2 senior coffees. Was an indoor customer. That is totally unacceptable to wait that long for 2 coffees. Orders were not being watched. Business not not being supervised. Out of control!

these people are so miserable. if you hate your job so much literally quit. just wanted to come get my children some cookies and apple pies and this man acted as if i asked for his first born child. mind you it’s 6:30pm. not like i came in at 10:50pm. then i informed someone that the man was rude at the first window and all i got was a “yeah he’s always like that” OKAY?????? like someone tell that man to fix his attitude. and no i usually do not complain because i work in the restaurant industry but i would never act like that to a customer.

0 stars should be an option. Ordered two quarter pounders. Both had just regular patties (not quarter pound patties) and toppings were wrong on both. They were labeled correctly so it wasn’t some else’s order.

I don’t really understand what the point of ordering ahead is if the people who ordered in person after you are being served first. Also, the portions aren’t great and most staff are unfriendly at best. Below is a picture of a large fry I got and how it was filled when I got it. Disappointing

The gave me someone else’s order at the drive thru and when I came back to return it and get the correct one the employee was extremely rude. The employee said they were out of food so I requested for a refund. Never got it back.

Immediately when you walk in this McDonald’s, it smells like must, and piss. Multiple people behind the counter with not hats, and no hairnets. I was skeptical about the food. Big Mac had at least 5 hairs in it, food tasted like it had bare greasy hands all over it. Nothing was good. As soon as I walked up to the counter to get my food there was just this aroma of funk. The people in this McDonald’s seriously need to clean up the building and themselves. I wasn’t even able to eat food inside because of the stench. Highly do not recommend.
