Stood there for 20 minutes trying to pay for our food only to get half of it. Manager seemed to not care about our issues with our order or our waiting to pay for said order. Do not recommend going here if you want to eat quickly

I got a mocha frappe and it was genuinely the best drink I’ve ever had. Whoever was working at around 8:15 on 11/12/25 and made my frappe needs a raise. PLEASE give them a raise. Give them a high five. Give them a promotion. Fantastic.

If I could give this location zero stars, I would. I have never had such an awful experience at a McDonald’s. I called multiple times and each time the employees answered, laughed, and then hung up on us.
I placed a mobile order through the app and waited nearly an hour in the drive-thru line, only to find out that no one was even working the windows. The line was completely backed up with other customers who also never received their orders.
To make matters worse, I couldn’t cancel my order through the app or by phone because no one would answer. I could clearly see employees hiding in the back with all the lights off. The absolute least that could have been done was cancel my order.
There is no point in claiming you are open if you are going to ignore and disrespect paying customers. This was completely unacceptable and unprofessional.

Wow. Just wow. I don’t even know where to begin with this rating. Everything was just perfect. If this establishment were a feeling, it would be joy. Ever since I first stepped in, I knew I finally made it home. It was a feeling like no other, I finally felt safe. Once inside, I ordered 3 number twos from the breakfast menu, but they might as well have just sliced me a piece of heaven with the way that they tasted. Anyway, it is not possible for me to rate this establishment high enough, I urge you to see for yourself.

Very unprofessional. I asked for my food to be remade because it looks disgusting and not appetizing. The lady up front that helped me mocked me when I asked if my food can be remade because it’s all greasy. Then the manager laughed at me and told me they can’t do nothing about it. Very bad service I would not recommended!!

Late Night shift – just had 2 employees. Overworked and frustrated, but give kindness & patience; this is returned ten-fold. I had 2 orders that night for #doordash – one at a time. A very loooongg líne each time. The first trip had 5 identical drinks and my driver had to go back; but I popped back up the window and she knew why. She had the other 4 drinks ready & bagged! She explained her situation and I apologized for repeating the name 2x. (All that excess oven noise of name mix-up) I thanked her & I told her I hoped her night would get better. Being completely short-handed really hurts businesses. Customers are ready for “service as usual” & when they don’t get that; employees bare the brunt because they are the face of a Business, Company, Corporation etc. Damπ #Covid19 I’m very grateful for those who work in service jobs. Thank you.
