The customer service at the drive thru window was great. However when I left and went check my sandwich a large chunk was missing out of one patty on my burger, the fries were lukewarm, and the half cut sweat tea was just plain with a weird coloring and taste. We were traveling so I didn’t return. The service I received at the window was great. Thank you for that. The product I received was not edible. So disappointing.

The food is just as you would expect from a McDonald’s, it almost never matches your order, and the fries are normally cold and soggy. The service is generally bad, as every employee at this location seems to not only hate their job, but also there life as a whole. As far as the atmosphere in this particular location, its great, especially late at night. There is always something wild going down in or around this McDonald’s. 10/10 would recommend this location after midnight strictly for the entertainment of the fellow patrons.

Hello,
I am writing to formally report an extremely disappointing experience at a McDonald’s drive-thru on February 1st while traveling through the Lafayette area.
I stopped to purchase a Happy Meal for my grandson. After pulling up to the second drive-thru window, I sat there for over five minutes without any acknowledgment. During that time, I could clearly see the Happy Meal sitting at the window. When an employee finally came to the window, I politely requested fresh fries, as the food had been sitting for an extended period and I had paid for hot, fresh food for my grandson.
The employee, who identified herself as Dawn, responded with a very poor attitude. She rolled her eyes, sighed loudly, slammed items around, and behaved in an extremely unprofessional manner. Her reaction made me genuinely uncomfortable and concerned about the handling of the food. When I asked for her name, she responded in a smart, dismissive manner.
When we opened the Happy Meal, the fries were still cold, and there was a small black, curly hair on my grandson’s cheeseburger (on the bun). This was unacceptable and deeply upsetting, especially when serving food to a child.
I want to be clear that I am not reaching out for free food or compensation. This was a brief stop while traveling, and I do not live in the area. I am contacting you because this experience reflected very poorly on McDonald’s standards for customer service, food quality, and food safety.
I hope this concern is taken seriously and addressed appropriately, as no customer—especially a child—should have an experience like this.
Time was approximately 7:22-7:35pm

Service is super fast, order has always been correct. The food just doesn’t always taste super fresh, from the fries to the burgers… even when going at busy lunch times you’d think everything would be fresher.

i sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes before being spoken to and after having two orders taken from the opposite lane. this mcdonald’s never fails to have horrible speed of service and they need to do better. i arrived at 12:00 am and did not leave until 12:35 am. the only good part of this experience was my food still being hot and accurate after waiting on my mobile order for that long. if they were understaffed they should have communicated that to their customers instead of leaving their speaker box silent for over 10 minutes.

How you make your food is ridiculous half the time its not made right or its cold bc its been sitting for awhile or the fact that you ask for table service but they stick it in a bag anyways and put it on the counter and let it sit there till you go find your order or what about asking for them to bring it to you but again they just call out your name or number bc they dont want to have to walk it to you. there’s alot of yelling going on there between workers and some of your people have horrible customer service skills. Not all of them are bad there are some really nice and good ones that care about the job and treat you decent. But what I do not like is being humiliated and treated like dirt. No not me my spouse you humiliated my spouse in public making them cry and you think its ok. If you had a problem with them you could have addressed them directly with out making a secne to others around you. When you have to sink to that level to humiliate someone and make them feel like trash you don’t deserve to be in customer service. I get you have a job to do and sometimes it’s not pleasant but there are better ways to handle it then humiliation. What happened to common curiosity to man kind no matter who they are? The fact that you thought bc you had the power it was ok to treat someone like that and I know that’s not what they taught you when hiring you. And bc of how my spouse was treated we will not be coming back to your store. I will not eat at a place that thinks it’s ok to treat customers or anyone for that matter like that.

Do better. Dirtiest one I’ve EVER been to. Toilet paper rolls just sitting on the floor, none in the dispenser. on a road trip and we were starving. My son ordered a cheeseburger and they gave him a bun with a slice of cheese. He about cried because he was so hungry and waited so patiently. Peeved.

I am a very frequent customer of this McDonalds, and I have eaten here many times in my life. Today, I was downright disrespected and embarrassed by the management and the way I was treated. I went in and placed my order on my phone, and received my food very quickly. My friend on the other hand, ordered on the kiosk inside. After about 30 minutes had passed, the employees asked why we were still waiting. We told them that we had not received the food we ordered on the kiosk. After asking for the receipt, my friend presented a receipt that he had put in his pocket and it had become very wrinkled. We were immediately accused of trying to scam them for free food, but we pointed out the order time/date and name on the receipt proving that he had payed for it. My friend used a tap to pay card, and did not have the physical card which matched the card number on the receipt. He had a bank statement which proved he payed, but they refused to look at it. Because of this, we were even more heavily accused of trying to steal food, which was simply not true. I politely asked the manager if we could pull up the camera footage, which would have shown my friend paying for his food in the line of sight, and also show that we had never received the food. We were very rudely told absolutely not, and when asked why not, we were not provided a valid reason. The manager began hurling insults at us, on appearance and status, which was incredibly rude, uncalled for, and downright embarrassing. I asked for the store owners number, to which the manager refused, and decided to call the cops on us. Upon the cops arrival, the manager stated that I must be trespassed for life. We were able to show the cops our side of the story, and show them that we did nothing wrong, but the manager refused to change his mind and demanded that I be trespassed. This incident was downright inhumane and an embarrassment to me. I was openly disrespected by this manager, and now I am no longer to eat at one of my favorite restaurants. I hope my issue can be resolved by the owner, but since they refused to give me information, I have no way to get in contact with them.
