We get breakfast here nearly every Sunday. Every time the drive through wait is 30 minutes plus. Today we tried using the app. Wait was just as long. My breakfast Sandwich was made incorrectly (missing egg) and they gave me a Root Beer instead of coke. I would highly recommend avoiding this location unless you have time to kill and don’t care how your food order comes out. This place sucks.

AVOID THE NIGHT CREW THEY DO NOT CARE!! I waited about 10 minutes to just order my food, And when I got to the pickup window, the lady looked at me with a disgusted look and was mad that the sweet tea was out and was yelling at another employee to get it for her in a very aggressive tone. I finally got my food after additional 15 minutes, the fries were cold like they were sitting out for 20 minutes, And I didn’t even get other items that I had paid for. This is ridiculous McDonald’s. If I could leave 0 stars I most definitely would! First occasion I was stuck in the drive through for 30 minutes!!! Came back today thought it would be better. ABSOLUTELY NOT, NEVER AGAIN! Went in to get a happy meal, lobby full of customers waiting and the staff was STANDING AROUND, TALKING. 20 minutes later we get the happy meal, leave only to NOT HAVE ANY FRIES!! At this point we are so upset we will NEVER return. Do better McDonalds and management.

This is my 2nd review. I started going back to this location, things got better, things got way worse. The most disappointing order I’ve ever had. Took 45 mins in the drive thru to pick up my order (I ordered ahead). I had to go in the restaurant 3 TIMES and pretty much beg to get my order of 4 sandwiches and 2 drinks. When I finally got my order, I was missing my drink. Not sure why this McDonalds has such a hard time staying on top of orders. They seem like they have a decent amount of staff and this one is not on Purdue’s campus. This Mcds does not get the volume of orders seen on campus. Safe yourself and hour and go to a different location. At least the order was correct this time but I didn’t get any of the sauces I picked. The people are nice and mean well by the way, just a issue with service quality.

Ordered ahead. Pulled in to pick up spot and sat for 15-20 minutes. Tried calling to get a refund “I can’t refund through the app you’ll have to come inside” the whole point of pickup is so I don’t have to get out of my car. Will not be returning to this joke of a location. This is about the 5th time I’ve had issues here.

I’ll around horrible. Went for food after confirming they were 24 hour and they were open. So I went ahead and placed a mobile order. Sat in line for 45 minutes at the menu board for 20 minutes just to be rudely told the manager closed the kitchen and I needed to cancel my order. After they had had already taken the 3 people infront of us’ order. This is the 3rd time this has happened and the managers don’t seem to care. I can promise I will never be back. I can see why their mascot is a clown.

Like many others have stated, the service at this place is HORRENDOUS. I keep going back because it is the closest by our house, and time and time again they prove they cannot get a single order right. The wait is horrendous. I cannot fathom how this place still runs. Ordered a double quarter pounder deluxe and it came with NO bread? Every time we mobile order, thinking this cannot be hard to follow. WRONG. We’ve gotten other people’s orders, we’ve had to go inside multiple times to get our order WE paid for, and the people inside always act like they cannot be bothered to fix what THEY got wrong. It’s so simple yet so difficult for this place to get any orders right, or to be even remotely efficient. We have lost so much money going to this place by getting the wrong food. PLEASE consider different ownership and an entirely new staff.

I keep going back hoping this location will get better but it never does. I ordered ahead for curbside and I’ve been here 25 minutes. I just called them and the girl went back and forth with me that they don’t have an order for me then miraculously she found it in the system. They’d cleared my order but never bothered to bring it out. Last time the same thing happened and they brought me the cold food that had been sitting there the whole time. Its been 6 minutes since I called so fingers crossed they’re remaking it and actually bring it out.
Nope. Came out cold with items missing. Just skip this McDonald’s and save yourself the hassle.

This location repeatedly accepts delivery orders it has no intention of making.
I placed an Uber Eats order and multiple drivers were sent to the restaurant. Each driver arrived and waited, only to find that my food was not being prepared. Instead of canceling the order themselves, the restaurant let driver after driver show up until I was forced to cancel.
Because of this, I was charged a $21 cancellation fee even though the restaurant failed to make the food.
This wastes customers’ time, drivers’ time, and shifts the cost of the restaurant’s failure onto the customer. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable.

Drive thru takes too long. I was there on 11/24/25 just a little before 4:50 am and wound up leaving at 4:55 am due to no one acknowledging I was even there. This isn’t the first time & it’s disappointing considering it’s the only place open and on my way to work. Also the mobile app discounts are flawed and fifty percent of time don’t work.

Went here at 11 pm to pick up a mobile order & waited 20 minutes to no movement of the line. I called and ask for a refund and I was told that it would take 24 after order was accepted and not picked up that it would be cancelled , a load of rubbish that they couldn’t cancel it over the phone.
