I stood at the counter and was yelled at twice by this Hispanic lady to use the kiosk, yet I had cash, and you can’t pay at the kiosk. It was so packed in there that I was getting bumped into every second. The lady that was in front of us had JUST ordered at the counter too which is what really pissed me off. This building should be either bigger or they need to hire more staff. This was literally the worst food experience of my entire life. We didn’t even get food.

I always have the bad luck of being delivered something different than what I ordered. I ordered a hamburger with double meat and they give me only 1 meat, I asked for 2 pies and they only gave me 1……..and obviously it doesn’t correspond to what they charged me $$$$

Terrible drive through service. Went to this location 2 weeks ago & the bag was stuff over full & ripped as it was handed to me & fries went everywhere… The solution??! To hand me another bag!!! Went today & every sauce was forgotten & the chicken nuggets were old & tasted like they had been re dropped!!! Absolutely disgusting.

I’ve been to this particular McDonald’s twice. The first time 2 weeks ago, I had a mobile order and I was given someone else’s order. I should have checked the bag before I drove away, but I’ve not had it happen in recent memory. I had already driven away before I realized it. I didn’t want to wait in the drive-thru line again.
The second time, about a week later, I was nearly given another bag of food that was not mine, in addition to my order which I had already received.

One of the more pleasant, clean, and well run locations, a large space and play place with loud screaming kids bouncing around nonstop, at least wifi worked well, had plenty of parking and quick delivery of my pumpkin spice latte to my table. But I noticed the silly Monopoly gag game again gave another similar tile everyone’s been getting. Most annoyingly, my latte was quite bitter and seemed to settle immediately which resulted in the last couple sips full of sugar and goo. They need a good soy milk alternative also for dairy sensitive and reducing sugar.

Don’t recommend. We ordered 2 McChickens no lettuce add cheese and bacon. After paying the insane $2.69 for 2 half slices of bacon per sandwich they didn’t even add the cheese or bacon to the one sandwich they handed us. Yes on top of not making it correctly they forgot the whole second sandwich which was paid for and rang up correctly.

Id honestly go negative on all rating if I could. Been there twice in the last week. Wensday and Friday, and had extremely shitty customer service both times. The kitchen floor was cover in fries and trash. Poor hand washing techniques and more that im not gonna type because it ain’t gonna change..

Update new issue 10-8-25 9AM TO 920AM
Employee had us repeating our order over 6 times finally went and got manager. Then she wanted us to repeat it again and telling us the code won’t go through well yea duh your employee messed it up already. So KRISTEN THE MANAGER GETS MAD AT US FOR BEING FRUSTRATED REPEATING OUR ORDER LOUDLY COMPLAINING ABOUT ALL THE CARS THAT HAVE PASSED US ON THE OTHER SIDE.

SHE FLAT OUT SAID IF WE DONT LOOSE THE ATTITUDE WHICH IT WAS THERE FAULT WE WAS ON A TEN IN THE FIRST PLACE.WE CANT HAVE OUR FOOD.
SO I DROVE OFF CAUSE WHO ARE YOU TO ACT LIKE A PARENT WE ARE GROWN ADULTS TRYING TO ORDE FOOD. SHE SHOULD OF BEEN TRYING TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE INSTEAD OF WORRYING ABOUT CORRECTING OUR ATTITUDE.
ALSO WHEN I CALLED UP THERE AFTER I LEFT TO GET HER NAME IN CORPORATE NUMBER OR MANAGEMENT NUMBER SHE LIED AND SAID THAT SHE WAS THE GENERAL MANAGER AND THERE WAS NOTHING ELSE I COULD DO SHE REFUSED TO GIVE ME ANY NUMBERS NAMES OR ANYTHING FOR SOMEONE ABOVE HER.
SO WE WENT TO THE OTHER LOCATION GOT OUR FOOD AND SPOKE TO MANAGEMENT THERE AND WAS ABLE TO GET THE GM NUMBER FOR SHANNON.

THIS LADY HAS BEEN AN ISSUE BEFORE.
SHE GIVES DIRTY LOOKS AT 7AM SHE DOESNT SAY TY OR GM. SHE HAS AN ATTITUDE BUT THREATENING TO TAKE AWAY MY FOOD IF I DONT LOOSE MINE. SMH

Worst location in Lafayette very unprofessional today I drove all the way there early in the morning to get my kids breakfast just to get there and they say drive-thru is cash only in my opinion you guys should be accommodating whatever is happening inside that building that’s your problem not ours I didn’t drive all the way over there for you not to be able to accept my card so you should be walking my card 1 pure laziness and it ruined my morningto a different register at the drive-thru every time somebody orders it’s literally your job pure laziness that you guys can’t switch it to a different register even if it’s up front I mean hell you guys don’t even sit there and take orders on those registers we have to stare at you for 10 minutes just for you to acknowledge that we’re standing there

I’ve spent much of my life working in food service. My decisions often lead to situations where food service is the only or the best suited option. Because I’ve done quite a bit of work in this industry, I became skilled at it. Because I became skilled at it, I started enjoying it.When I started enjoying it, I went above and beyond. Because I went above and beyond, I have nothing but 5 star Google reviews (that I’m aware of anyway) and certifiable positive references. Management at this store does not understand this. And you can’t teach someone who already knows it all.
After making a valid complaint on the app, I was publicly mocked by the store manager. From across the dining room, I could hear her clearly enough to recognize my complaint as she summarized it in front of employees and customers I heard her clearly across the dining room with other customers and employees present.
She asked an employee to make sure no one followed her outside. I have not once made a threat, hinted at, or otherwise implied any violence under any context. This tells me a couple things, much of which I will not elaborate out of respect.The most relevant is that she knows that she is provoking me. I hope she does get a therapist to address whatever tragedy shaped her like this. She is very immature and this likely will not ever change. After all acknowledging the problem is a critical step to solving it. So things aren’t likely to change, I’m sad to say.

Already rounding incorrectly and supporting the corporate theft that is the fabricated penny shortage. I’m not going to sit at a drive-thru window and hold up the line arguing with a minimum-wage employee over three cents, but I will stop supporting businesses that encourage this nonsense. There are BILLIONS of pennies in circulation. They have not disappeared overnight (production hasn’t even officially stopped yet). Even if everyone was hoarding copper pennies (1964 and older) that still leaves 61 years’ worth of copper/zinc pennies. You can still get pennies from the bank. Americans should boycott any business that claims otherwise.
